my lspdfr crashes every time i go on duty, im not that great at reading logs, but it keeps saying it is because of game fiber : Unnamed thread... not quite sure what that means, but a few plugin register as a shit ton of question marks. i thougnt i may be related to that, but im not entirely  sure. my logs are attached... You have a ton of plugins. You need to increase the plugin timeout time. 
Open Rage settings(Hold Left shift for a few seconds after clicking rage)

General>Plugin Timeout threshold change it to 20000

save and launch

I have this same problem. Only have like 12 plugins installed and I used to run like 20+ perfectly fine, changed threshold to 20000 and it didn't work. Any other reason this could be happening? My game was working fine the other day. I didn't play for like three days, didn't install anything new whatsoever, went to play and this problem happened.

Please Create a new thread with your issue. Be aware, Gta 5 had an update today. Paste your rage log in your new thread.
