I managed to find the fix myself through community posts I found. I will write the solution later here if I'm not lazy or if you wish me to do so, but thank you for the help.

If this is the case it could be that a script mod you have installed is incompatible with LSPDFR

I suggest trying the troubleshooting steps I mentioned and see if it works. No the individual settings won't cause a game crash

Game crashes are usually due to a mods folder issue or a script mod issue. I would suggest first renaming your mods folder to _mods and see if it still crashes. If it does continue to crash, or you don't have a mods folder, try temporarily removing the script mods from your game and see if it still crashes.

If either of these work, then we can begin to narrow down the problematic mod

yeah for some reason my plugins has another LSPDFR folder in it so i usualy just install anything new into both of those folders, but i installed eup 8.2 and my game works fine now it hasnt (thankfully) crashed since

finally , FIXED !!! crazy workaround shot ...

I don't know why but removing the realtek driver under Device Manager -> sound , video ... -> realtek audio(checkbox marked delete the driver) , and letting windows find a new driver fixed it .

now the orders are processed ... dispatch answering and doing the commands !

But still , the voice meter inside Voice Chat settings doesn't move if I speak to the mic , but that's no matter now - probably its an old rockstar bug .

I got an updated damage tracker from the developer , i played for 1hr no crashes so its ok i think for now

I do verify integrity of game files and it did not crash or error anymore

Sorry for the confusion; what I meant was that I replaced the EasyLoad64.dll and EasyHook64.dll files with the latest versions because the existing ones were outdated. This worked for me—the game no longer crashes—and I haven't installed any mods at all.
i already install new RPH version i just replace these files to fix

You initially said you couldn't get the LSPDFR plugin to load, but now you are saying it loads but only crashes on resuming the game from a paused state, which is it?

Your AI analysis also isn't correct, if there was an issue with LSPDFR's 'resume logic' then everyone would be experiencing it. A clean install isn't going to rule out overlays, antivirus, or GPU drivers as they are all independent of the game, and overlays and AV settings tend to reset if you reinstall a game too.

No worries, glad it's working for you anyway! Modding can be finicky like that

I found a fix! you need to reset your pc in order to make it work. You might find a option where it saves your apps and files

SOLVED: Turns out I missed a compatibility update for LML and installing it fixed my crash issue.
