Dualsense does not work

Featured Replies

By design really since the mod is using DIrectinput it'll only read keyboard or xbox controller keybinds.

Unfortunately the Enhanced edition of GTA 5 adds support for dualsense along with all the haptics, triggers etc. I very much want to use this, as will many other DS diehards.

To compound the problem, the mod will still show PS controller inputs (which won't work) it doesn't show the corresponding, working keybind leaving much of the game to be a desperate guessing game of the right keybind whilst trying to one hand a controller.

Please fix, dying to just play cops on a playstation controller on me PC

I have issues with Dualsense too. Base game content works as expected. LSPDFR content shows controller buttons but when I press them, nothing happens. For example the mod says to press controller button X to interact with suspects. When I press E on keyboard, it works as expected.

Also rebinding LSPDFR related controller buttons does not work. No controller input seems to be recognized from the mod.

I have the Steam version of GTA V Enhanced on Windows 11.

Strange you are also experiencing the issue. It worked for me the last time I played, but that may have been a game update or two ago. I will have a look into it

Very much appreciated! I've been chasing this dragon of a game experience since forever xD Dualsense, adaptive triggers, haptic feedback and lspdfr working on enhanced gta 5, the dream...

Any luck?

Worth noting that this is with native Dualsense suppor. Third party apps (dsx DS4 windows etc), tend to convert the dualsense into directinput, rendering the haptics and adaptive triggers inoperable.
