Don't see any issue in the log. Does it work for you now? Others have reported the same issue and it seems the mod gets locked if there is an issue with their verification servers. I recommend using Policing Redefined as an alternative to stop this from happening

You seem to have quite a lot of addon vehicles and I suspect it is due to them. Can you rename your mods folder to _mods and see if it still happens?

The verification is being attempted after the crash so I wouldn't worry too much about that. As for the LSPDFR crash itself, it may have been random, are you able to replicate it?

Okay, I don't know what is wrong with your game then, considering openiv.asi is in your folder I suspect one of your original .rpfs has been edited. I suggest starting with a fresh copy of the game, not sure what else would be causing it. Otherwise you will have to just put up with it, if it's only in 2 locations

Do you have many plugins in the plugins folder?

It's not a virus, just a false positive. You need to add the game folder as an exception, and then RagePluginHook.exe after installing it again

Hello If the exe is gone then your anti-virus or windows has most likely removed it as a threat. You will need to go into Windows security and add the game folder as an exception, then reinstall LSPDFR and RPH, and then add the RPH exe as an exception also. Okay no worries. I would suggest removing all the adjusters you have installed, as well as opencameraV and trying with only LSPDFR and RPH and see if you still have the issue. Have you modified any of the original .rpf's with openiv?

It should be automatic if you are on Steam. The update was released a while ago so it should be gone through by now

Does LSPDFR even work for you? You are missing both LSPD First Reponse.dll and LSPD First Reponse.pdb. I recommend uninstalling LSPDFR using the uninstaller, and then download the manual install and installing it manually. If this is your used GPU memory, you will need to add the rest in the ResourceAdjuster.ini, but you're not using it all so it shouldn't be an issue
