Then something is still blocking it! If you are on Windows 11 there may be an extra layer of security that won't be able to be bypassed until Microsoft deems RPH to be safe, which will take a while as it goes off usage.

It shouldn't conflict but people do have numerous issues while trying to get it to work

Okay, something is definitely still blocking it then. You may need to disable AV just until RPH hooks the game, and then re-enable it

Are you able to run RPH as an admin?

I'm not sure to be honest, I know some configs are for example blue only, so I imagine it depends on the models themselves but again not 100% on that

I mean if you have it on Steam/Rockstar Launcher are you able to Verify the game's integrity? In 'game properties' for Steam and 'settings' for Rockstar Launcher

Does it happen when you launch RPH or when LSPDFR starts up? Are you able to launch the game normally without RPH?

Apologies, I should have stated that you need a gap between arguments, so add a space before the '-' in log and run RPH again, and it should generate a RagePluginHookLauncher.log then!

If you're using ELS you can edit which lights come on in the vehicle's ELS file

Where are you seeing that it is out of date? A log?

Hi, So if you open commandline.txt and add -log to the first line it should generate the log when you run RPH again

It's usually Windows Security/Defender or anti-virus, if you are on Windows 11 there may be something else but I don't know, I don't use it. Could laso be another program installed on your pc. You could try adding -log to the commandline.txt and see if RPH will generate a RagePluginHookLauncher.log, whic you could upload here

Hi, Because RPH isn't launching, it's not generating a new log so it's the same as the previous log. If that is the case then something is still blocking it. Have you added the game folder as an exception? Not just RPH?
