I think you need to move Albo1125.Common.dll to your main folder for it to be installed properly This is also causing TrafficPolicer to not start. Try that and see if it works

If that is the case then something on your PC is blocking it. Make sure you have added the GTA folder, and then RagePluginHook.exe itself as exceptions in Windows Security, then manually reinstall RPH and LSPDFR and see if it works Yeah commandline.txt should be empty by default, it is for commandline arguments you want while running RPH

Once done, you may need to install it again manually if Windows deleted anything. Then start the game normally and load into singleplayer, and then start RPH. If it gives you the same error, run it as an admin. If that works, you will need to give full read/write permissions to your game folder (folder properties > security) Please then upload the RagePluginHook.log
