This is just an example, but you have this error for the vast majority of your vehicle models, so either the VCF file isn't matching the model name, or it is invalid ELS is however reporting that these models are configured correctly, so try ELS with one of them and see if they work normally: 11cvpi 10chalrt 11CVPIlib 13fpiu 14charger

Okay try renaming your mods folder to _mods and see if the crashing stops, if it does then it is an issue with one of the mods in the folder

Do you have any other mods installed? Vehicle/map/ped mods?

Are you saying your normal singleplayer is crashing even when RPH is not running?

Okay. Well look, at least you can still enter commands. Enhanced seems to have these quirks. I'm not sure I know of anything else to try to be honest. I can suggest possibly trying to switch between windowed mode and fullscreen for the game and see if it makes a difference (the opposite mode of whatever you usually play on)

Can you try with the NVIDIA and possibly steam overlay turned off? I'm not sure what else would be interfering with it

Okay no worries, at least we can rule out version mismatching. Do you have any mods installed that require a UI (RAGENativeUI, LemonUI, etc?) Or even if you have a mods folder, rename it to _mods and see if it still happens

You are a version behind with LSPDFR, the enhanced version had an update a couple weeks ago. Manually install the latest enhanced preview again, and make sure there are no LSPDFirstResponse .dll or .pdb's in your main folder, they should be in the plugins folder only. Then launch again and see! If it does the same thing, upload the new log please!

Everything looks okay, your log is even identical to mine up until it stops so I'm not sure why it would be crashing, and as you say there are no other mods installed. Out of curiosity, are you launching the game with the RagePluginHook.exe? If so, load into the singleplayer normally first, and then tab out and start RPH and see if it works. You can also try holding SHIFT when launching RPH and enable LSPDFR to load on startup of RPH

The log seems okay, you had a crash at the start due to an issue with a ped loadout/config but nothing about ped interactions. If you find which plugin it is included in, there may be another log that will provide clues, such as an asiloader.log if it's an ASI plugin

You are still having issues with NAudio I would temporarily remove the mod that requires it to see if the crashing continues
