It won't be RagePluginHook.log it should be called RagePluginHookLauncher.log if you have added -log to the commandline.txt

Your game and RagePluginHook are out of date but you're on the latest LSPDFR, so that could be why

I think you may need to edit the simpletrainer .ini to include your addons, as they will have custom names

Do you have any vehicle/map mods installed? And does the game crash randomly or does it happen after a certain action?

You are better off loading into the game normally. and then starting LSPDFR and RPH

If you are talking about your browser not allowing the download, depending on your browser you will have to click allow, or add an exclusion for the website

Do you have any map mods in that area? Don't see why a script would be causing locational crashing

Then something is still blocking it! If you are on Windows 11 there may be an extra layer of security that won't be able to be bypassed until Microsoft deems RPH to be safe, which will take a while as it goes off usage.

It shouldn't conflict but people do have numerous issues while trying to get it to work

Okay, something is definitely still blocking it then. You may need to disable AV just until RPH hooks the game, and then re-enable it

Are you able to run RPH as an admin?

I'm not sure to be honest, I know some configs are for example blue only, so I imagine it depends on the models themselves but again not 100% on that
