Okay so at least you have gotten the base game working. Is RPH and LSPDFR working for you? OpenIV isn't fully compatible with Enhanced. It cannot read gen9 files (Used in Enhanced) so any gen8 or lower vehicles will not work and will need to be converted. I don't know about Menyoo. Is it giving you an error?

So if it's related to Scripthook, then your mods folder and openiv likely won't make a difference. First make sure you have the latest ScriptHookV, and ScriptHookVdotnet nightly, and make sure the game loads (with no scripthook mods installed, just scripthook itself) If that then works, add one scripthook mod and test to see if the game works

Scripthook is only going to load mods, not run anything itself, so have that installed first and check, and if the game works, then add one scripthook mod at a time. You may need to start over

Okay we are getting somewhere at least. Can you load LSPDFR and make sure it works, if there are any issues, upload the RagePluginHook.log If it works fine, then I suspect one of your Scripthook plugins was causing an issue. Add them back one at a time and test

Okay, make sure they are up to date. If they already are, remove them temporarily as a diagnostic step. You should try get normal GTA working first and then we can try get RPH and LSPDFR working

Okay, do you have scripthook plugins installed? or trainers? I would also recommend verifying your game files on steam

So your game is crashing even without RPH running?

Okay, don't launch with RPH, launch GTA on steam, load singleplayer, spawn in, and then tab out and start RPH

Are you launching RPH when you are at the main menu? Try loading story mode first and spawning in before starting RPH

If you use the in-game interface to change keybinds does it also not save? You might need to enable full read/write permissions for the game folder, for the usergroups. Although I would have suspected other issues if that was the case

Can you try loading into singleplayer normally first, and then starting RPH?

Okay, and disable radio says you need to type radio into the cheat menu, have you tried that?

Your game, RPH, and LSPDFR are all out of date, we can only provide support for the latest version Supercallouts, and JM Callouts need to be updated too

The requirements for each file are usually listed in the descriptions or readmes. Make sure you have everything you need, and if it still doesn't work, please upload your asiloader.log

Can you link to the mods you are trying to install, it may be that they need to be installed in the main game folder and not the scripts folder
