It is most likely windows or something else then, because we can't even get a log to generate. Go through windows security settings again. You may have to have the folder as an exception first, and then reinstall RPH, and then add RPH .exe as an exception before launching it

Can you try running GTA on a different directx version and see if LSPDFR will load?

You would need to temporarily move other mods/plugins out of the game folder so you are just running RPH and LSPDFR

Hmm okay, Nothing is sticking out in the log. Can you try loading into singleplayer normally first and then launching RPH? if you can, launch it without starting plugins and see if you can start LSPDFR manually

It is strange, usually at this stage a launcher log can at least be generated. Even running RPH as an admin usually gives something to work with. Make sure your game folder has full read/write permissions (game folder properties > security) Just to confirm, you definitely have battleye disabled in the Rockstar Launcher, right?

If that is the case then it is one of your plugins. dinput8 is used by scripthook. Make sure you have all scripthook files installed, and then start trying without xscanner and other plugins

It's likely one of your plugins conflicting. I suggest trying without XScanner first, if that doesn't work, then try running only RPH and LSPDFR and see if the problem persists

Try loading into singleplayer normally first and then starting RPH If it still doesn't work, please open commandline.txt in your main game folder and add -log to it, then run RPH and upload both the RagePluginHook.log and RagePluginHookLauncher.log that it generates

Okay, just to confirm, are you launching the game with RPH or loading in first and then starting RPH? The latter is the way it should be done If you are having issues with the launcher I suggest making sure you can load the game normally without RPH

I think you need to move Albo1125.Common.dll to your main folder for it to be installed properly This is also causing TrafficPolicer to not start. Try that and see if it works
