    Hey Everyone, I just spent two hours trying to figure this out. As mentioned above, simply launch GTA V and then launch Rage Hook right after. It's as simple as that.

    Launch Rage hook and go to the settings. Under the general tab ( the first tab) there is a setting called, " Plugin timeout threshold." The higher you go the longer your game will wait to crash. 25000 worked well for me but mess around with yours.
