Hello, Are you referring to the weapon wheel? It cannot be used in a vehicle, you use tab (I think is the default keybind) to change weapons in a vehicle. What menu and hotkeys don't work specifically? Is it an LSPDFR menu?

Oh okay. I haven't used it, client or server, so I cannot help you with it. You might be better off speaking to FiveM support considering it's a server side script and has nothing to do with RPH/LSPDFR

Okay, so the log is all good! Everything up-to-date. The fact that it worked leads me to believe that RPH doesn't have sufficient permissions for the game folder. Running as an admin bypasses this and allows RPH to write the log to the folder. If you go to your game folder, and then the game folder's properties, then the security tab. Make sure all of your usergroups have full read and write permissions for the folder. RPH should then work without requiring admin.

Glad you found the problem. That specific build is only for if you have issues with your PD interiors, so that's why. The test build works fine for users encountering the interior problem

Hello, No worries. Are you able to launch GTA normally without RPH? If you can, then open commandline.txt in your game folder and add -log to it, try run RPH as an admin and it should generate both a RagePluginHook.log and a RagePluginHookLauncher.log If you can't launch GTA normally then you may have an issue with an installed mod, or your base game. Rename your mods folder to _mods if you have one and try it again.

This is probably why it isn't working. RPH works by hooking into the game memory, if you disable the DIrectX Hook then RPH won't initialise at all. Revert the option and try it again, loading into the game first and then starting RPH. If it still doesn't work, run RPH as an admin and it should generate the log. If you keep -log in your commandline.txt it should generate a RagePluginHookLaunhcer.log also

Okay so your ASI loader is loading ELS but it's hanging on AdvancedHookV. Did you make sure to install the included AdavncedHookV and not the one for game version 3258? As there are multiple in the ELS download

Make sure you have full read/write permissions for all users in the game folder (folder properties > security tab). Also if you have a mods folder, rename it to _mods and see if the crashing still happens. Do you have any asi/script mods installed?

Hello, There seems to be an issue with your 'Test Plugin' install, you may need to reinstall it Per your log you are likely facing the issue of loading the game with RPH via Enhanced. There can be problems spawning into the LSPDFR apartment. I would recommend launching the game normally, and then starting RPH after you have spawned in, and see if that helps

Do you have a 4000 or 5000 series NVIDIA GPU? If so please see the following: You will need to disable NVIDIA Smooth Motion globally, or for GTA V seperately. It depends on what version you have installed. If both then it depends on how you want to mod it, because you will be more limited on Enhanced.

You seem to have an issue with your MoreRadioChatter installation, maybe try reinstalling it There was no crash in the log, so it's either a script mod issue, or a mods folder issue. Try renaming your mods folder to _mods and see if it still crashes

Just as a diagnostic step. You can also try starting RPH while holding SHIFT and turning off LSPDFR starting automatically, and then when you are in the game, press F4 and type loadplugin LSPDFirstResponse.dll
