Remove XScanner, it broke on the latest game update. Also you have StopthePed+Ultimate Backup+Compulite AND PolicingRedefined, which are imcompatible, so you will have to choose between them

Do these cars have their ELS .xmls installed?

Is this a game crash or LSPDFR crash? As there is no LSPDFR crash in the log

As well as what Error404vibes said, you are on an older version of LSPDFR. You might need to remove the plugin .dll and .pdb from the main folder. It should only go in your plugins folder

The RPH log won't provide any information for mods in your mods folder, you will have to find the culprit manually. Remove one at a time

Okay, because it worked, we know that something on your PC is still blocking it. This is why you can run it as admin but not save changed settings or keybinds. You will have to find what is blocking it on your PC. Make sure you have full read/write permissions for the game folder too (folder properties > security)

It sounds like RPH is getting blocked from running, if it is not generating logs. Ensure you have added the game folder and RagePluginHook.exe as exceptions in windows security

No worries. If you encounter issues after replacing those three, I would suggest looking at the other plugins you have installed. It's possible others are incompatible as well, but see if that works anyway
