Fixed - Not sure why I had outdated versions of those files, might be helpful to include the most up-to-date versions in the mod download. I couldn't find the advancedhook download anywhere and eventually had to use the version in LCPDFR 1.0c Manual Install.
I've never had the mod work for me, upon starting the game while in my safe house I press one of the keys to launch and just get that error message. I've tried changing keys, stepping outside the house, launching in multiplayer. None of which have worked.
