While making use of cj24's LAPD Caprice, I noted that the NYPD textures look perfectly fine, if not better, with that ELS-H Aerodynic lightbar. :D

No doubt a GTA IV tribute to The Blues Brothers. :D

The path of that bullet was so close that it hurts to think about it.

I downloaded Hilth0's LVMPD texture pack, and then when I downloaded some of the suggested cars for the texture pack, I noticed that the light colors were all wrong, so I updated some of the lights/lightbar glass to look more like LVMPD. I also removed the "K-9" from the back window of the suburban.

Still to do:
-Add 'Dem Quadraflares (that will be a pain in the shitter, so If anyone wants to do it for me, Please dont hesitate lol)

-Do a non ELS version
-Take a nap
