    You're 19 and need a parent signature? Yes, i know that 21 is the age for handguns, but the taser info is new! Yea I will very rarely run into anyone with concealed carry. I live in chicagoland so the no-gun signs are all over. I would doubt that laws will loosen very much. And a taser is considered a handgun, maybe you could get a taser shoutgun...not so good concealed but still cool.

    I don't remember needing a notary. But go to the your local PD and they will help you. Maybe for a small fee. It took my IL FOID about two months. It's rare to get it back quicker. Also didn't realize you need FOID to get a tazer.
