Its basically the exact same texture the "granger" already comes with and nobody really wants to use stock cars anymore but other than that good job if you even really did anything since it looks so much like the default GTA one does....

Pretty good job, I just don't like how the text goes all the way down the star also there's no link to models... Very simple texture though, I like the CHP polar bear vibe here as well. Good job and Keep it up!

Like everyone else said tbh this does not look good, there is no in-game screenshots, and if you want to make something that people will review and download I would find a better design just google cool police car designs and you'll find some you will like that you can make. Good Luck!

I don't think so..I meant to put PNG's in the download not the ytd, yft, etc files. You don't need thoes, just put in the textures you made in the folders not the vehicles files, again theres no need for them.

Like the effort and good model but just as everyone else said its not accurate to FHP... Is that a New York plate I see??? Come on! I'd just change up the skin a but and make it a San Andreas State Trooper car.

This is not a model, its a texture upload them in textures not models like Brand said... You dont include all the ytd, yft etc files in the download since its not a model, just put the texture PNG files in there. Also don't put ELS in the tile if its not a model which this is not.

Please don't put ELS In the title if its not a vehicle mod. This is a texture not a vehicle, a texture is not ELS. Just a pet peeve of mine, Thanks.

This is not a model, its not your model so don't put the ytd and yft and _hi.yft etc in the download, you just need the textures. The whole thing is a separate download, if someone wanted to download this they wouldn't because you would have to download everything individually. Thirdly, you made this for a non-els model... No one doesn't use ELS. So I'd fix these things or I highly doubt someone would download this and use it...
