Its an actual game by Paprus Racing released in 2003 Via a bunch of mods, we use the latest Sprint Cup Carset (2012) and the latest tracks. Highlights will be compiled of each race, the Daytona 500 is currently being edited to include the best bits we had Each race will be livestreamed as we play. A small summary is posted on here of each race, we'll be using our finishing positions from actual races in-game to update the leaderboard on here.

Following the success of our first race at the Daytona 500 this weekend, myself and NB have decided that we will gradually work our way through the 2013 season, trying our best to keep up with the actual league. We've been considering allowing others to join us as a 42 car grid of human players will be much more entertaining than a 40 car AI grid with two human players. For now though, we'll be continuing to discuss the idea as we'd need people who can ideally handle the vehicle in pressured situations like a 3-wide draft-train at 200+ miles per hour. Drivers #98 - N Bavenbk Currently driving the 2012 Ford Fusion Stock Car (K-LOVE) #31 - P Harper Currently driving the 2012 Chevrolet Impala Stock Car (CATERPILLER) DAYTONA 500 Daytona International Speedway Laps: 200 Race: #1 Both drivers will be looking for a grid finish this evening to kickstart their fight for the title. N Bavnbek will be racing for Castrol & Whelen in the number 98 Ford Fusion Stock Car whilst P Harper will be attempting to restore CAT's reputation in the series in the number 31 Chevrolet Stock Car. Qualifying Results (Table wasn't saved, so no AI results for this one) Nicolai managed to nab a spot in the top five whilst Harper was pushed down to 21 in the Grid, taking the inside line on the green flag. Race Details Number of laps: 157 of 200 Caution Flags: 10 Retired: 14 Nicolai and Harper both fought very hard with eachother from the start, Harper nabbed Nicolai on lap three and managed to take pole. An incident involving the 28 car on turn two of lap 20 saw the first yellow flag of many. On the restart, Nicolai retained his spot at the front of the grid whilst Harper dropped down to 32nd due to issues in his pitbox during the caution period. What followed was an intense climb up the grid for Harper who eventually managed to take 2nd behind Nicolai. The pack remained tightly-knit together up until lap 92 when "The Big One" made an appearance and put fourteen cars into early retirement, Both racers managed to avoid this wreck although Nicolai was T-Boned by another vehicle as he left his pitbox which caused some aerodynamic issues with his vehicle, he gradually lost pace and ended up in the draft train of the five lead vehicles as Harper fought to hold his position in 1st from the closing 38 US Army car. A Fuel Issue on lap 125 of the 200 lap race saw Harper's journey come to a very unfortunate end, a leak in his fuel line caused him to lose power and upon attempting to block the pack from overtaking, he was clipped by the 38 and sent into the wall on Turn 4. Nicolai continued his valiant battle up until 157 when he was clipped into the apron and spun, ruining his tires. A very action packed race that was enjoyed by both the drivers and the spectators of the livestream coverage. #1: ??? #2: ??? #3: ??? Both drivers head into the next race with zero points. You guys are seriously going to take the piss out of him? I expected much better from all of you. Much better. @OP - I'm sure somebody will pick this idea up eventually, towing a truck on a truck sounds rather pointless but being able to tow cars on a flatbed sounds like a pretty nifty idea.

Yet again, we've proven we cannot have a logical debate on a topic involving weapons and/or a major news story. People need to grow up and learn to accept other people's opinions, attacking other people because of their opinions is downright moronic and childish. Dorner was fired from what was seen as misconduct, he was reported to be on his "final warning" for a few weeks as he had numerous complaints against him, of course, because of the manifesto he posted, the media are using it try and beef up his side and the LAPD's. We won't know the full story, ever. Yes, he may be telling the truth or he may even be making up false accusations to try and justify his actions. However, the LAPD has been known to have its fair share of corruption and is commonly referred to as the biggest gang in LA with 10,000 plus members. I ask that from this point on, everybody respects eachothers viewpoints and, if a disagreement arises, its talked through like grown ups, not screamed at like school children. I'll also remind that anybody that attempts to further instigate this "flame war" will be handed a nifty warning point.

He's not dead until we see the DNA results of the charred corpse found at the scene, given his training, it could be a decoy. Nicolai forwarded this to me earlier which puts this guys actions into perspective: I know two former LAPD officers, one who was in the academy with Dorner, the other did probation at Harbor division with him. They both said he was a total screw up. He shot himself in the hand in the academy. Understand that you rarely get terminated over one incident. It is a build up of poor performance reviews by multiple FTO's (Field Training Officers). The incident that got Dorner fired was just the last straw. Interesting that he doesn't tell anyone about this misconduct until he learns he is about to be fired. To me the system worked and a he was fired on probation. The question for me is how he passed his psych exam.

That could not be further from than the truth. If your local enforcement agency suspects you of downloading software they need to do the following; 1. They go through the process of obtaining a court order to give to your ISP, even then it needs to be a completely valid reason for them to do so 2. Once granted, they look at the IP address used to download the software - Thing is, your IP changes constantly unless you have a static one so it's damn difficult to trace somebody 3. If you're using something like a VPN or proxy, its almost impossible to be traced 4. They then will start the legal procedure to most likely fine you. In more likely terms, you'll just get a letter from your ISP telling you to stop. Also, tell me this; A new PC game comes out that your reckon you could run on your PC, you meet the requirements but for all you know, it could be an awful port like IV. So, you look for a demo but one wasn't released, the only valid option is to torrent the game, test it for an hour or so to see if you can run it then uninstall it, head out and buy a legit copy. I've done it before and I'll continue to do so, I want to be sure I can run that game on my PC before I go waste money on it only to find out I can't run it.

Carrying on from what members have stated, here's how you can have truly epic games of ArmA II with some friends; Download a CO-OP Insurgency Mission (www.armaholic.com) Download and install JSRS 1.5 - It revamps all sounds in the game and makes them sound absolutely stunning Download and install ZeusAI - Makes the AI much smarter Download and install GL4 - This adds a number of nice little features but my favourite has to be the radio it adds to all vehicles, makes you feel like you're apart of the combat. Soon as you do all of the above, you'll soon fall in love with the game. Walking through a small desert town with some buddies then having a bullet whiz past your heads as you dive for cover and return fire is something truly spectacular.

I'll stick to the base game and what it was intended for; A Military shooter. Not this zombie shit.
