I've got the exact same problem bud. Like others have said, downgrade to 0.91 and wait for a fix. Thats all we can do for now

**NOTE: BEFORE INSTALLING ANY MODS, GO TO GTA IV/PC/DATA/MODELS/CDIMAGES AND BACK UP VEHICLES.IMG!!** Download a program called Spark IV: http://www.gtainside...at=326&id=28310 -- Then a program called WinRAR: http://www.rarlab.com/ -- Extract the Spark IV Zip file to a folder on your desktop -- Run SparkIV as a Administrator. Once it loads, click on GTA IV or EFLC - depending on what version your modding. - Look for the "Vehicles" option on SparkIV and double click it. - In the new box that pops up, scroll down and click the vehicle you want to mod; example below; Say I wanted to mod the Police Patrol into a Dodge Charger, in SparkIV the police patrol is called POLICE2 - Each vehicle has a .wft and a .wtd file. - Click either police.wtf ONCE then click "import" - Search for the car mod you downloaded. - MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT FILE! DON'T PICK ADMIRAL.WTF IF YOUR REPLACING POLICE2.WTF ETC. - Double click it and scroll back down on SparkIV, Police2.wtf should now be in Light blue font. - Do the same process for police2.wtd - Once both files are replaced correctly, Click "Rebuild" - Now click "Save" and close SparkIV - Voila, your done. Enjoy your car mods.

Anyone got a link to that pack? I can't seem to get onto GPM, or emergencyvehicles... Both seem to be down.

I've tried looking for ELS Enabled cop cars, but for some reason, these sites are offline or something; gtapolicemods.com emergencyvehicles (or w/e it is) So all I've got is a Dodge Charger ELS Police Car. I would like some more, I tried the British police car mods but they rolled way too easily. I'm looking for some CVPI's with LCPD liveries .. not a must. any livery will do. Obviously ELS enabled. I basically want to change the whole fleet of Police cars in GTA IV / TBoGT Thanks in advance.

I feel like a 'tard. I've been wondering for days as to why the "E" arrest wasn't working.. Now I realise I gotta equip a melee weapon *facedesk* Now I just gotta wait until the devs allow us to re-configure the keys like in 0.91 .. 'cos I'm still getting "You are now busy blah blah blah".

Thats your problem right there. Upgrade GTA IV to 1.7.0.0 (latest patch) then report back to us if the problem remains

Just installed 0.95. Performed my first traffic stop and got into my car to check his license. Pressed E and brought up the LCPDFR Police computer, Clicked log in.. nothing.. pressed enter.. nothing. Ended up quiting out of the game. Is there a list of all the new controls somewhere? because I looked in the scripts folder etc. and couldn't find anything.

Back in the old days of 0.91 (currently installing 0.95) -- Responded to a call of a mugging in progress, so I pull up and end up chasing the perp down the alleyway screaming at him to stop. I was spamming the back up button as it was usually bugged for me, as he exited the alleyway this police car falls out of nowhere and lands on top of him. -- Another one, involved in a shootout with 5 grannies who were armed to the teeth with AK's. I was hiding behind my cruiser for cover and requested NOOSE backup (normal units were getting slaughtered) . I rotate my camera to locate the source of the incoming sirens only to have a NOOSE Patriot ram my car which in turn slammed into me. --

Sup people. I'm back. Finally. Got myself a new "rig" done a few tests on it and can run GTA IV and other games well past recommended settings. So yeah, I can finally try out 0.95 (my old laptop broke down a day before release /ragequit) Glad to be back. Feel free to scream in horror ;)

Well, its happened again.. my "trusty" (notice the ") Acer Aspire 7720g has broken AGAIN! (6th time!!!) I really cannot be F**ked to fork out more money to get it fixed, why should I if it continues to break? I'll list my problems, I've owned this machine for 3-4 years.. One month In: HDD Breaks - £80 Get it back two weeks later, four months later: HDD Breaks AGAIN - £80 Six months down the line: Motherboard Breaks.. Somehow. £120 Almost a year later, HDD Decides to screw over: £50 Fix Repeat shut off due to over heating, I open it up and find the CPU Fan UNPLUGGED.. Gee, thanks repair shop.. : £0 Few months ago, GPU TEMPERATURE PASTE MELTS causing a epic disco lighting on my screen (Youtube the coloured lines of death or something.. its awesome): £20 Fix. TEMPORARY Two days ago, Melts again..: CBA to fix it. P.O.S The laptop was £600 new and was a high range one at the time for gaming.. All together I've paid around: £950... Its not worth it to carry on, this thing is ready to be placed in a coffin and nailed in. This laptop is treated well, its on a ice cold glass table, well its actually on a 17" cooling pad (with three detatch and place anywhere on pad fans) which is on the table. The pad tilts so there's a load of air circulating around it, plus the internal fan. Its cleaned regulary and canned air is gently sprayed through the vents once every 2 months, the screen is cleaned with a Flat Screen cleaner every week etc. I'm no good when it comes to gaming specs for PC's, this old laptop managed to run IV on medi-low settings and even FSX on high settings without stuttering (and it was a christmas present so I got lucky there) I don't want to build a PC, as I haven't got the tools. Now, I need your help. I need a PC suggested to me thats good for gaming, under £1000, and is a DESKTOP. I want it to be able to run games like GTA IV on high or medium settings.. Thanks guys, I'll be surfing these boards on the very same laptop at the mo (I can't update the GPU Driver otherwise I'll get the CSOD again, I have to run on non-updated GPU Drivers.. But I can't play any games.. not even Minecraft. Looks like I'll be waiting even longer for 0.95 than all of y'all. ;) - Harper

Many never thought Valve would do a thing such as this, but they have. Team Fortress 2 is now FREE to play to anyone who has a steam account. Of course, to get DLC you still need to buy it, but the full game itself is FREE

I don't think this is possible. script wise. There's no animations for the covering while aiming at the vehicle And as for the loudspeaker bit, there's no voice file for that, meaning they'd have to add one in which means they'd have to re-do the whole bunch of voices for the officer's so it'd fit. And in 0.95, you can authorize deadly force or turn it off

It is. Just completed a Team escape with my friend.. Be pursed by police dodge interceptors for 7 miles in 5 minutes. We won :D Also, there's erm.. loads of these things that charge into you head first, so be careful; These mo'fo's are quick. and extremely hard to outrun in a mazdaspeed 3.. + dodging constant roadblocks..

Long story short, I'm making a project in GTA IV that will require the hotkeys of S.N.T.. BUT.. I went into my trainer.ini a few weeks ago and went through the long and boring process of changing ALL the shortcut keys to 0. Now I realize there's a option in the trainer.. So, can anyone fire me over their .ini settings? Hell. You can just post it here seeing as it's just a lousy notepad document. Cheers Me Dears. :thumbsup:
