Yes. You can. On my old laptop, I tested GTA IV And only just scrapped minimum On my new one, flew past recommended, same with a few other games. Tried 'em out and its exactly how the site tells it.

Agreed on Norton. Norton 360 came free with my laptop, installed it, restarted the PC only to find it F'ked Windows ¬¬

Downloaded it, but Norton flagged a threat and deleted it. I'll try it again later, can't be bothered right now.

I've been searching for a decent car pack for days, preferably for EFLC (TBoGT and TLad are for all other mods, GTA IV is for LCPDFR when it wants to work. Hence why I want EFLC packs) but I can't find any.. I don't want those Sh**y ones that replaces every car with a sports car, I want a realistic one, you know, Impalas, Pick ups etc... Cars you'd see daily, of course the sports cars in the game can be replaced with actual sports cars, just not every single damn car. And if you can't find any, GTA IV Car packs would be fine. I've searched everywhere. Cheers.

First, Download the 1.0.7.0 patch from rockstar: http://support.rockstargames.com/entries/484496-grand-theft-auto-iv-patch-7-title-update-v-1-0-7-0-english-1-0-6-1-russian-1-0-5-2-japanese Then re-install the mod and try again. Note: You'll need Microsoft .NET Framework AND Redistributable.

Used to work for 0.91, suddenly stopped though.. ALTHOUGH, @ the OP, it will still record your stats if you use the 0.95 Beta 1 (although i advise you don't, numerous bugs, arrests don't work etc.), you just won't be able to view the live feed.

Seems to me like a overheating issue. I used to get the exact same symptoms on my old laptop... sudden shut down without any warning.. But, yours is a PC by the look of those specs, so I'm not sure.

Depending if you can, you'd have to buy more RAM. The only possible way to go in this situation is to upgrade

MODS MAY CLOSE THIS IF APPROPRIATE** I've noticed, on here and on Youtube that a lot of people have the "You are now busy and will not receive callouts" bug with their F8 button. Me being one of them. As we all know, 0.95 comes with no key config like 0.91 did (at least the public version doesn't) so we cannot change the toggle status key. After a bit of testing, I've come up with a temporary fix until the full 0.95 release. 1. Install 0.91. 2. Head into your scripts folder and open up "FirstResponse.ini" (The notepad document) 3. Find this section and Copy it; 4. Delete the lines; Arrest|FriskPed = R Arrest|ArrestPed = H 5. Re-install 0.95 6. Go into your scripts folder once more and open the "FirstResponse.ini" 7. You should notice theres no key configs. 8. Paste the lines above the [GENERAL] part. 9. Head down to "Duty|ToggleStatus = F8 and change it to any other F key, like F5 for example Voila, your done.

Yes, it does. I play it on GTA IV and EFLC, but I prefer EFLC due to theres more cop cars that can be modded. Your problem seems to be with muggings, the game cannot create the criminal. Like others have said, 2GB of ram could be a issue

Love Love Love it! After waiting all day on its release, amazon finally popped it through my door at 2:00pm. The handling is spot on, the cars look fantastic and the CGI cutscenes are incredible.. I also won a compition and won myself a Driver:SF T-shirt :D
