Unfortunately, I don't think a lot if any of us here know how to read GTA IV error codes. The crash could be anything from a bad mod to a script crash. Have you experienced crashes like this one before adding the commandline.txt? If so, it could be a mod or script that you have. If not, it may be something having to do with an argument you gave commandline.txt. If this is the first time you've experienced a crash like this, the only recommendation I have is to experiment with the commandline.txt file.

If you're using really high poly mods or map mods, I do not recommend -nomemrestrict unless you have a high-end computer. The computer I use is mid-end, and -nomemrestrict caused the game to eat up all of my computer's RAM, causing some parts of the map not to load.

I also agree. I really enjoyed this game, for the short time I was able to play it. Unfortunately for me, most of what I know about it is from gameplay videos I watched. But once again, it is completely worth it.

Looks good with that graphics mod! My tests were done only with timecycle edits. Nice screenshot! @BErad1502 - It is indeed a private mod at the moment. I am considering a public release, but I'm still not 100% sure about it yet. Contact me if you want some more info.
