All I can say is this car still has a lot of work ahead of it in regards to development. -
These were released on Chirstmas but due to the community's inability to read readmes were taken down and are being made more user friendly. -

I can play on average up to 1 - 3 hours straight now. Generally I NEVER crash anymore, the main cause for me to leave game would be to texture loss causes by some high poly item entering my game.

The developer of ELS (Lt.Caine) is a trusted member of our community and has been for a very long time. He is the creator of ELS for IV and his work is loved by many. With that being said there is no doubt amongst the general community and myself that he will release his modification. As for the date of said release that is currently unknown due to its on-going development. I will use the example I have used time and time again; The same way Sam likes to post updates in regard to the LSPDFR modification scripters and modelers like to showcase their progress. With that being said, the answer is yes it is against community guidelines to post content and tease members with content that is not intended for release. Although it should be noted though that ELS for V is intended for release and there is no doubt amongst the community of that release.

I would suggest you just go for GTA-V because all these things are just a matter of time. -
The biggest thing that helped was upgrading to Win 10 due to its increased performance with memory allocation. It definitely increases performance by at least 50%.

I NEVER crash anymore. The thing that gets me out of game would be texture loss after 2 hours of playing.

It is optional. There are currently 2 pushbars both can be removed. The image the vehicle was based off of did in fact, have a pushbar, so it is safe to assume that there is at least one unmarked LASD unit with a PB. -
