This is a simple script that is based on ragehook to make cars move over when only having your emergency lights running not your siren
no keys because it works as a standalone script what I basically mean is it doesn't need any user interaction it does everything by itself
I am trying to enhance the "default" without script behavior so the pullover behavior or "move over" behavior is improved because to be honest when I play the game every time I get to a crowded area in gta v I keep crashing into people because they don't move over correctly.
So I guess the gist of what I am trying to say is be respectful, don't say the obvious everyone knows this works without a script by default in gta v.

extract the dll file from the zip file using 7-zip or winrar or whatever and then copy the dll file to your plugins folder to here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\general\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins and that is where you place the dll file to make this script work If you have your game on any other drive replace the C:\ part with your drive you have the game on. Finally got my lazy ass to release this.
Los Santos Police Pack (based off Redmond PD, WA)
Features:
Lights Flash Extra spawning radars on some of the cars Interior equipment lights up Requires RDE if you want all the cars to spawn in traffic Bugs
Some missing polys in the interior of the FPIU and Tahoe 14 Charger's takedowns don't turn on unless the other ELS lights are on for some reason. Report anymore  

American Medical Response and San Andreas Medical Response, in both white and red versions. I based the red one off of Manchester NH, and the white one off Los Angeles. Again this pack comes with multiple unit numbers for added variety. If you would like to see any other models in this skin, please leave a comment.

Hello LSPDFR & GTA5mods Community!
I am back again with an AMR pack now, I have decided to an AMR pack due to me wanting to do it and having all the resources needed for it.
 Now me as an author of these nice modifications, have to think about what I could have done to make my publish better than what it turned out to be.
Now I have recently looked up at all the different modifications I have done in the past, and decided that I will still do Dallas County Modifications, I have never forgotten about
the Tarrant County pack, as you see below you can see different cities that are in both Dallas and Tarrant County that I will Create and [FINISH] but if I'm going to be doing this I'm going
to need to work at a more quicker and faster pace and trust me, I will get them out. 
I am also in the process of learning the tools and uses of Zmodeler3 and hope to have a licence by the end of the month but I'm currently using a 14-day trial to see how it is, and so far
it has been great, and I hope to be publishing my own models in the coming months!
My Next Modification will be a MEGA Police pack Featuring the Forth Worth Texas Police Department!

So here's a two-pack of WSP inspired patrol cars for y'all. Are they entirely accurate? No, they aren't meant to be. These two have nice cruise lights, and a pretty lighting pattern, soooo suck it up.
 
Known bugs are non-breaking glass, and I'm sure about a million others. Have fun finding them.
 
BTW. Huge thanks to Slendis on this one. I pushed this out over a fairly short period of time thanks to him and a bunch of others who I'm not gonna bother listing off because, well, I did already. In the credits.

Emergency Lighting System V brings one of the most popular modifications ever created for a GTA title (ELS-IV) to Grand Theft Auto V. ELS-V will add a whole new dimension to  your patrols. DESCRIPTION
− ELS provides an alternate and incredibly in-depth way of controlling emergency vehicle lights and sounds.
− ELS requires vehicle models specifically designed to make use of its features.
− ELS includes over 200 unique lighting patterns scattered across 4 light groups and lighting formats.
 
NOTES
− Please consult the ELS USER GUIDE and other provided documentation prior to using ELS.
− As of V1.00 ELS is not compatible with any form of multiplayer.

BASIC INSTALLATION
− A GTAV ScriptHook must be installed for any .asi modification to work. The original may be found HERE.

− 1. Place ELS.asi, ELS.ini, the ELS folder, and  AdvancedHookV.dll inside your main GTA V game directory.

Are you tired of hearing "IN, UHHHHHH"? Tired of "DIS BOBCAT 4 EN ROUUUTEE!!!"? So was I. So I fixed that. Better Dispatch Audio (B.D.A.) includes completely new AI Responding Audio (from NFS Most Wanted). Calling for backup (and Helicopter Support) will trigger this. Ending a callout from Albo's "Assorted Callouts" or "Traffic Policer" and finishing up with "BetterEMS" will also trigger new audio, changing "We are Code 4, no further units required" to "All Units you can clear this call, return to patrol". Pursuits are much more immersive. This has been a several weeks long process, with restless nights, and my 1'st mod. I'm happy to release it here for the community. Please let me know what you think of it, and enjoy.

With Assorted Callouts, my aim is to provide a varying experience, adding a range of differently-styled callouts for you to experience. They all have one thing in common, though, and that is a fun and sufficiently realistic atmosphere!

The rambar on the front is an extra.I also made the spotlights an extra,so,if you want to cruise with down your up...that's your decision!(Spotlight work when you hit "H" twice).I really hope ya'll like this Charger,because, it's one of my favorites that I have thus far.
