Alright thank you so much, I had noticed some parts doing that while scrolling around in the EUPMenu and wasn't completely sure it was normal.

Just installed the main oiv, menu, and the serve and rescue pack.

Dumb question, Is it normal for some textures to do this or did my install go weird?

Try disabling enhanced traffic stop in LSPDFR+

Have you disabled the "enhanced traffic stop" in the lspdfr+ ini? I did and it legit fixed just about every issue that i was having when i stopped a car. It also stopped hiding my "press space to load last config" when selecting a vehicle from the stations. ( @Albo1125 says it doesn't but it clearly does)

Question, What is your monitor's refresh rate? Am curious because mine will start to flicker on the Computer+ screen randomly and my main monitor is set to 240hz.

At first I assumed it had disabled it altogether and was bout to get pissy but I realized that I can just hit the space key either way and it will work ^.~ Yep tried that one already, doesn't let me continue the traffic stop or arrest (I have to do a force takedown which makes them lay on their stomach) and if another ped walks by I start interacting with them instead so I just disabled enhanced stop altogether. I have arrest manager installed but I feel like the lack of animations and the addition of "features" that come with arrest manager don't warrant it for me. I'll leave it installed but only so that I am not whined at when going on duty as aside from a tow truck, LSPDFR already has a decent transport and arrest animation as default. So like, Pull over obviously drunk driver. Ask him out using the interface, and he actually steps out no problem so I'm like cool. .....Now what? Can't detain or arrest him normally. Have to yell at him to get on the ground and THEN arrest him. Says it's creating really bad publicity for our department. Am being transferred next week to the parking enforcement division. Thanks >.> I feel as if I had changed a line called "EnhancedTrafficStopsEnabled=true" to "false" this could be avoided by just using the default traffic stop menu and just detain people nicely until I sort the stop out. Oh I also don't like how it hides the "press space to use last config" when selecting a vehicle when going on duty.

I got mine to load my 9 police slots just fine now I made sure to edit the "proper" Meta and I went back through the dlclist.xml to make sure MODDING was the last pack. I had actually been having a couple issues with it myself.
