Spent a little over a day trying to figure out this out double checked install path and made sure all files are up to date but no matter what I do when holding E in a stationary police vehicle he just holds the horn and it does this glitch stop and start stutter where the sound cuts out breifly and never brings anything out any help appreciated it thanks.

I moved my computer+ keybind to Q. I've always done that first off just because I used to air horn suspects and they would drive forward abit each time I launched the computer.
