LSPD Texture Pack #2 - ELS Version (4K)
Surprised there isn't one included for Bxbugs123's Charger. That's one of the top rated police Chargers out there.

California Highway Patrol CVPI (texure)
In addition to the rear Highway Patrol having two different size fonts, the red tail light lenses are missing, the front parking light lenses look like they're missing amber lenses and the tires & wheels have some kinda god-awful texture on them. Is this a joke or something or is it supposed to look this way?

Sam's New Year's Message
Yep, I realize this but based on all the info I've read online about this particular error message, and there isn't much, it's a rather common error, one which I thought a 'developer' would have at least some interest in resolving so people could use and enjoy their software. I'm not saying it's your problem but if there's a common issue people are having that prevents them from using your software I guess I kinda hoped you might have some insight as to what the problem is. Like I said, if you got LSPDFR to work then be glad because, despite our best efforts, many of us can't get it to work at all and it's really depressing to see everyone else thoroughly enjoying something you can't have

Sam's New Year's Message
I'm glad LSPDFR works for so many of you because I've NEVER gotten it to work on my computer. Like many, I always get the famed, "Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus" message. I've tried for literally an entire YEAR to get LSPDFR to work, trying every solution found online with absolutely ZERO success. So if it works for you, enjoy it because there are those of us who have NEVER gotten it to work From what I've read online, Sam maintains "It ain't on my end", which means NOTHING will formerly ever be done to resolve this problem for people. Although some have figured out what the cause has been, many of us NEVER have. Sadly, this means a lot of people will never be able to enjoy LSPDFR because of what is likely a simple issue... but an issue I have never been able to figure out on my own. I'd be happy to donate towards LSPDFR but when it won't work and you're told it's not their problem, I'm not inclined to donate to a process I can't use. It's really sad when ONE error message prevents you from using something that is so much fun

CROWN VICTORIA POLICE INTERCEPTOR WHEEL PACK
Love this wheel pack and it's great to be able to change up the wheels a little bit on your CVPI's rather than every Crown Vic having the exact same wheel or wheel cover. As always, great job.

U.S. Border Patrol texture for Police Chevrolet Suburban (Replaces Park Ranger)
I only got the sheriff livery as well. No idea why that happened but I downloaded the livery you posted above and inserted it into the appropriate location and now it works fine. For some reason one of the two locations has a black & white Sheriff livery but it's all good now

NSW Police Unmarked Highway Patrol Holden VF Commodore
The Holden looks like a nice car. Wish we had them here in the USA. They look like that GTO Pontiac re-made a few years back - wouldn't doubt if its the same damn car...

Charger alternating LED tail lights no longer flashing
I haven't installed any graphics mods but I have tried using different Visualsettings files in an attempt to brighten the Police Charger LED tail light ring. Although I did find one that increased the intensity, it still needs to be brighter. I'll look at the Visualsettings file and see what's set to what. I'm having to learn how to fix this stuff as I go so there's a lot I'm still unfamiliar with. I appreciate your insight on this and I'll do what you suggested. Thanks again

2011 CROWN VICTORIA - CVPI 1.8L
Any trainer will allow you to add or remove the wrap-around bars attached to the pushbar. As such, you should be able to change the pushbar any way you desire or remove it altogether.

2011 CROWN VICTORIA - CVPI 1.8L
I also wanted to mention that you can remove any of the emergency lights on these vehicles - except the lightbar. If you don't prefer having so many lights on these police vehicles the nice thing is you can remove the dash lights, grille lights, or the rear deck lights as well as the small LED's around the top of the rear license plate. You can remove a single pair or ALL of them. The lightbar is the only one that can't be removed. The slicktop version of this vehicle is the same way. Some people just don't care for all that 'flash' and instead prefer just one simple lightbar. Personally I don't care for having excessive amounts of lights on REAL emergency vehicles. My first year on the job I specifically remember being in one of two fire engines responding to a house fire and the lead engine in front of us was outfitted with a bunch of new strobe lights and this was the first time I noticed when I stared at all those flashing strobes it would induce a trance-like feeling, which is rather dangerous to be influenced in this manner while operating such a large apparatus (or ANY type of vehicle for that matter). Later that evening when I mentioned it several other firefighters acknowledged they too noticed this effect when they looked at emergency vehicles equipped with lots of flashing lights. Coming from someone who has actually worked in emergency services, there is such a thing as having "Too many lights".

2011 CROWN VICTORIA - CVPI 1.8L
I was a firefighter from 1976 to 1983 (yeah I'm an older guy), and back then the emergency lighting for your personal vehicle consisted of a single red halogen teardrop revolving light. We didn't have all the christmas tree technology available today. Back then you had to get by with ONE light!

I Iove Bugs' cars and would never consider changing them out but I do wish the Ford emblems actually said FORD, so thank you very much! I'm gonna download this immediately!

2014 LSPD/LAPD DODGE CHARGER PURSUIT 1.3A
Love, Love, LOVE Bugs' vehicles. His attention to detail makes his vehicles fun to drive. When I want a law enforcement vehicle of any kind Bxbugs123 is the one I go to because I know he always makes a quality product I hope at some point he adds a blue-only light option for this model. He's added this feature to a few other models and it's really great.

2011 CROWN VICTORIA - CVPI 1.8L
I agree. Bugs' cars are the best out there and offer a look that rivals the real thing, which is why all the police vehicles used in my game are HIS. That said, the ONLY thing I wish were different is the 'Ford' badge on the front and rear of the Crown Vic. It says Dash instead of Ford but given how much I absolutely LOVE his cars, I'm more than happy to live with it because everything else is beyond perfect. That said, I don't view it as a bad thing if someone queries if it's possible to remove a piece of branding. If they outright complain about it only then do I feel they're being 'ungrateful'. I can't say enough good about all the fine work Bxbugs123 does just on police vehicles alone. Truly stunning work

That's Bugs' HighSpeed logo. I wouldn't count on him removing it. If you look closely it's even on the tires between 'Good' and 'Year'.

Charger alternating LED tail lights no longer flashing
For some reason the LED tail lights on my police Chargers don't seem to flash. Originally they had an alternate flash pattern but for some reason they recently stopped working correctly. All other lights on this particular model still work normally but the LED lights that outline the Charger tail light doesn't seem to work. Actually they do still flash but are extremely dim and are barely visible, even at night. I have the radiance mod installed and it did wonders for all emergency lighting. The Charger tail lights originally worked perfectly and were nice and bright but something must have changed recently. The brake lights and reverse lights still work/flash properly but the 'ring' of red LED's that outline the inside of the tail light assembly just don't work anymore (or rather, aren't bright enough to be seen). I'm wondering if there's a meta or carcols file I could get that might fix this issue??? I'm new to modding so there's a lot I'm still learning...

2011 CROWN VICTORIA - CVPI 1.8L
Bxbugs123 is the go-to-modeler I look for when I want to download realistic law enforcement vehicles. IMHO his work just in the Crown Victoria/Charger arena alone makes him THE authority of the police car modeling community. Coming from someone who has actually used these vehicles, it's amazing to see the level of detail he provides. When I want a law enforcement vehicle I make sure to look for any new or updated work he's posted. The all-blue lights feature also gives a more realistic appearance for many of us because a lot of areas have always used all-blue lighting. In my opinion this is the best fully marked CVPI out there.

Emergency lights barely visible
Well I figured out what caused my issue. ghost128 sent me a message inquiring about a carcols file and although that wasn't the problem, it reminded me of another change I made at the same time my problem occurred. Turns out I just switched from using Simple Trainer to Enhanced Trainer and I had toggled the Blackout feature to see what it would do. I thought it only blacked out building lights, street lights and such. Turns out it blacks out all those AND your vehicle headlights, tail lights, emergency lights... all of it. Sorry to sound the alarm but I genuinely thought I had a real issue but it turns out it was just a feature in the Trainer that caused it. If anything I guess this is just one more thing to add to the list of things to ask when someone else has this problem. This time it was just a trainer setting. Thank you again for your help. I'm glad to know there are people on here kind enough to help those of us who are less experienced. I will have to remember this one because if you turn Blackout feature on it WILL kill the lighting on your vehicle. Thank you again my friend

Emergency lights barely visible
I did reinstall Radiance but had no effect. I don't have any graphic mods of any kind installed. Other than having about five or six vehicle models installed, the only other mods I included have been Radiance, Rotating Lights mod, and Improved LED Lights for Vapid. I'm pretty sure those are about the only things I've installed so far. I put the visualsettings.dat file in the GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data folder, which is where the mod install documentation said to put it. When it comes to individual mod files I'm afraid I don't really know what does what. I simply insert or swap things out exactly the way the installation documentation says to do it, which is why I usually only do very basic modifications. I bought the 7-DVD set on Amazon last year when it finally came out for PC but I don't have Steam and I've never played online and don't plan to. I can still play the game the way it is, it's just the emergency lights can barely be seen (if at all), and the headlights and tail lights on ALL the vehicles don't come on either. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Emergency lights barely visible
Not sure how I screwed it up but everything has been working fine until today when all of a sudden the emergency lights on ALL emergency vehicles suddenly became barely visible but have been nice and bright until today. I also noticed the headlights and tail lights on ALL cars no longer light up either (not just emergency vehicles). I have the Radiance mod installed and it's been working fine since I installed it months ago. In fact, everything has been absolutely perfect until today. My memory isn't so good anymore (I have Parkinson's Disease) and I'm an older guy but so far I have managed to work my way through some of the basic mods but I just don't know what to do now. I already tried deleting my mods folder and copying a new one to see if that would clear it up but it had no effect on the problem. I even restored my operating system (Win7) back to last week but that didn't help either. Everything else seems to work perfectly so I'm hoping someone can help me because this is my favorite game and it sucks when something like this doesn't work right.. Thanks in advance guys :)
