Hi, I have just gotten my lights to turn on using ELS in GTA 5. The problem is, is that they're locked and will not flashing. I would assume that this is because I have not made a custom ELS xml file for them. Is this true? and if so how do I make a custom xml file for them?

I think you would either have to 3D model a new one or use one from an existing ped like the security guard but, I don't actually know how you would do that.

When you export the car you can choose to different amounts. I believe all is the highest amount.

I don't believe you can actually find it in GTA 5. I think the animation is from GTA 4 but, was somehow used in GTA 5 with a plugin. The plugin is the one below.

There are very few but, a couple videos on how to make ELS vehicles on YouTube about how to make an ELS lightbar. But my vehicle does not have a lightbar. I have tried what they do with there lightbar with my Whelen Dominator Series and cannot get it to work. How do I get it to work with ELS.

Oh my God I found out what I did wrong. I was exporting Autodetect LODS...

Okay, I don't even though if LODs work on this vehicle because defaultly it is up to L3 but, is still just as weak as when I set it as L3 on my other pair of tires.
