  1. Please use the search feature on the site before posting. 1) Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders. 2) Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.
  2. I'll try them now, thanks Yard1! Hey Yard, thanks for the uniforms, but I'm having trouble finding where half of them go.........
  3. Please create your own topic instead of jacking someone elses. Thanks
  4. Place both the files into the scripts folder (Grand Theft Auto IV\Scripts) Now approach a empty vehicle in game and press CTRL+T (The vehicle must have no driver.)
  5. Hmmm..... this one won't be too hard to take from Or maybe this one:
  6. I must admit, it's very fast at compressing, and does a pretty good job. I've decreased the RF to 10 on my next video, so I'll see how it goes. Ok latest video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZybtHKzjB4&feature=youtu.be
  7. Yes, however he may have the wrong version. The diag tool doesn't pick that up... @OP, please try downloading and re-installing the following two programs: .NET Framework 4 Visual C++ 2010
  8. It will not cause any problems, just download and install the one I gave you as this is the one needed by LCPDFR.
  9. Well here is the result: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqhLe4d15TY&feature=youtu.be

  11. Wrong section, I've replied to your other thread in the correct section tho.
  12. It did take a considerable amount of quality, but from a 4.98GB video down to 71.4MB, that's pretty understandable. On the plus side, it's uploaded to youtube in ten minutes, so I'll see what it looks like when on the web :)
  13. Trying it now with my latest video, I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks -Tom
  14. You need to install this for any of the versons to work: .NET Framework 4
  15. He's talking about one of the character's in the programme. He was saying that it would be best to take the patch from the photo of him that I provided.
  16. The first thing you want to concentrate on is getting GTA IV installed as well as LCPDFR and have it all working as it should. Then you move onto vehicle and weapon mods. Installing GTA IV + LCPDFR First thing you need to do is install GTA IV (Durr...) and then update it to patch 1.0.7.0 (see my signature for link) Then check that GTA IV is working, start it up do the first one or two missions, save and exit. Now install both of these: .NET Framework 4 and Visual C++ 2010 Now go ahead and install LCPDFR. If you get an error that starts with this during install, see below: "Installation component 'LCPDFRModels' error'd!" On the page that shows the tick boxes. Do not change it! When that's done, and the installer is complete. You can go ahead and start up GTA IV, though make sure you run it as admin (Right click, run as admin) If you get the "Installation component 'LCPDFRModels' error'd!" error during installation Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders. Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator. Now once you are sure everything is up and running smoothly, you can come back here and asks as many questions as you like about car/vehicle mods. Don't install these until you are sure LCPDFR and GTA IV is working properly, as you may need to find which mods are causing your game issues. Good Luck -Tom
  17. @Slimory, the real toronto met police do, but not in the programme rookie blue. Here are some photos that may be useful. There are quite a few so I used a spoiler:
  18. Not even that, they have no stripes on the trousers:

  20. If I could make uniforms, I wouldn't still be looking would I? :) Yes, they use toronto police uniforms, so I'll look around for those. I've already made a rookie blue cruiser, but yet to have the uniform.
