It'll certainly take time for the mod to develop, they don't start out as comprehensive as they are now. Think about it, this mod has been developed over 3 years. If the mod is made for V, then it will start off very basic.

Any background processes eating your resources? Take a look at the task manager. Auto virus scan?

Wrong section mate, you need to post in GTA > Support rather than LCPDFR > Support... Are you enabling your secondary lights?

Use SNT to turn car god mode on. Bullets will still pierce the body of the car, and visual damage will occur, but the windows will stay intact.

Considering this thread is in discussion and not support, asking for his specs will end up with the thread turning into support and a mod will most likely close it.....

If ELS bugs out on you in-game after a call out, hit the ' key, same key as @ and type "reloadscripts" minus the quotes. When using ELS, you should only have ELS cars in the slots spawned less frequently, so police and police2 should either be stock or non-els. LCPDFR is compatible with all versions of GTA, including EFLC.
