  1. Actually, you'll find that it was me who down voted you answer since it was completely incorrect. You do not always need to use a command line to play GTA IV normally and the OP has quite decent specs, meaning he should not need to use a command line. Instead, the root cause of the problem needed to be found in order to solve the problem, which your post did not do. Instead of acting like a 4 year old and throwing a rage fit of downvotes on this thread, why don't you just shrug it off? It's not like the down vote is shown anywhere than inside this thread to indicate a poorer solution to the problem, It does not affect your rep on your profile. Note: I do not have a command line. I can play with 60FPS on High.
