Some performance suggestions(?)
Dude. I'm stoned as fuck and you're still managing to piss me off.... Full stack developer my ass. If you don't have the logic in you to contemplate how much G17 Media manages to do with a limited budget, then you really aren't going to succeed in the IT industry once you graduate from comp sci. The guys here do a really fucking impressive job over here. You should learn to appreciate the rare things in life that come for free, especially when they're this god damn good. Don't like the loading times here? Then feel free to piss off back to Instagram.

Retrieving persona data from web - Possible?
What the hell are you talking about? The OP wants to use the LCPDFR API to create an online database that contains information regarding ped names from the LCPDFR database. Nothing to do with real people.

Retrieving persona data from web - Possible?
Nope. ID checks and information are generated on the fly. Warrants and criminal history are not stored and cannot be pulled from the database. You can simply generate the DOB and names.

Do US police have panic buttons?
Hi guys, please take a look at the following suggestion I've made and vote in the poll within the thread:

First Person Siren/Light Indicator & Blip Siren Mod
Just installed the latest version of the plugin, it now crashes the game as soon as it's loaded. Got it, thanks.

It'd be nice to get some more opinions on this, make sure to vote in the poll guys!

First Person Siren/Light Indicator & Blip Siren Mod
Doesn't seem to be working for me. I've installed, loaded up the game and then loaded the plugin through the console. Gone on duty with LCPDFR and then got into the police cruiser. Turning on the sirens does nothing, both in third person and first person view. Neither does pressing G. Here's the error produced in the log:

[Suggestion] Panic Button
In light of my recent topic, I have thought of a new idea for LSPDFR. Whenever I turn up alone at reports of "Gang Violence", I often spam the backup button when the gangs start shooting at me, similar to how a police officer would press a panic button. I find however, that spamming the backup button is unrealistic and sort of time consuming. I propose a feature where you press a certain key, such as Control+F7 and you've essentially pressed a panic button. A small prompt above the map should appear saying it's been activated and then backup should appear really fast (5/6 units), possibly armed with shotguns and M4's as opposed to regular pistols. What does everyone think about this? I've added a poll to gauge everyone's opinion.

Implementing all the different mods
But API callouts are simply put in alongside LSPDFR and then LSPDFR itself calls upon the code. They don't launch themselves, they are injected into LSPDFR and treated as though they are core parts of the code to an extent. They are working together in harmony already! If LSPDFR starts implementing them into the mod, then they have to go around and physically add them in. It takes a lot longer than you think, and devs won't have access to the code to write the updates, meaning the LSPDFR devs have to go and manually update every single mod themselves for each update. It's a complete waste of time and absolutely nothing will be achieved. The end user will notice no difference whatsoever. Unless the LSPDFR devs sit and re-write/optimise the code of the api callouts, there would be no improvement to the callouts themselves. The whole point of an API is to allow other people to hook into the mod and add extra elements in. This feature is clearly working perfectly since we've got a ton of really sweet additions and that's the exact reason why nothing needs to be changed here.

Do US police have panic buttons?
In the UK, police have panic buttons on their radio which causes all radio traffic but their own to cease and for 7 seconds the officer's mic is open for everyone to hear. It also alerts dispatch who then locates the officer and sends everyone there. Do the US have this sort of system in place?

KSC P226 vs STARK ARMS G19?
I own a KWA G17, which is really sweet, but if I had the money, I'd buy a TM G17 and upgrade to a metal slide.
