During the LCPDFR installation, enter your Username and Password into the required section. Then you can view them on your profile here. Just play, however expect it to crash very often.

Yes, but there's nothing wrong with being future proof though ey? Give it a couple of years and games will be using all 8 cores.

Please use the search feature on the site before posting. Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders. Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.

You don't put it anywhere. Extract all files from the RAR file using 7zip or Winrar. Then run it as a admin and install like a program.

Uninstalling .net framework 4 will not help you at all. It is required to play LCPDFR. download and install this: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17718

I know that, but fartknockr said that you wouldn't be able to use the siren in the vehicle, however you could by using the ELS.

ELS has a built in siren using the "G" key.

There was a workaround that was posted by another member here which allowed extra patrol vehicles to drive around, search around and you should find it.
