@Kit, he's been spamming the forums with useless info for the past few days... When you receive code 4, it's because the mod is unable to spawn the correct peds/vehicles.... If you receive it everytime you get a callout, restart the mod by pressing ' and typing reloadscripts.

You need to run as admin. Right Click, Run as admin.. or head to properties and tick it there...

Scheduled games, where you can be sure people will turn up.... Not all clans have training or ranks, for example my group here: LCResponders.tk The group I linked to is pretty much the same as the official multiplayer group, and we only created it because the official one was shut down. It's designed to do just what you say, to have fun. It's basically a way of organising games... Some people like to have the ranks as it's supposedly more realistic. I prefer not to have ranks though...

I'm originally thought of the police barrier.... That way it wouldn't show up in unwanted locations around the city.
