Yes, this texture has been used in Stevethegamer55's Port Patrol video! Hello all, here is another texture that I would like to release to the public. This was something I did for myself but enjoyed how it turned out and hope that you guys may want to use it as well! These textures should fit a wide variety of models, as long as they use the same templates. Please leave a comment or review and let me know what you think, your feedback encourages me to upload more skins! As always, my work is purely lore-based :) This Port Authority skin is meant to resemble the NY/NJ PA Police. Want me to add a specific model? Let me know. Warm regards, Manios Model I used in screenshots: Please do not reupload or claim this pack as your own. This includes altering/modifying my pre-existing skins into your own and publishing them for public download. If you decide to use any of these skins in a video or clan please give me credit for the texture side of the creation where possible. Thank you.

Hello officers, I do not create content very often (actually, only ever posted one other skin), but I was asked by a close friend to create this skin, which is very loosely based off of the Dallas County Sheriff Office. I am uploading this to see if others would enjoy this skin as well. Please let me know what you think of the texture, as always I am open to suggestions or ideas for further creation of skins for the LC/LSPDFR community. Warm regards, Manios Texture was specifically created for:
Always loved french fries, though never ventured far past that potato-wise . I am now a full on potato aficionado. Thank you for this great model.
  1. There's been soo much drama on LCPDFR lately lol..
  2. Good luck with your project can't wait to see where it goes :)
Amazing pack, looks great. Being a complete lore guy I am so thankful to you that I could replace the Miami skins with Los Santos finally!
  3. It works with the original! Just thought I'd give it a mention/bring it to your attention :) Also noticing that the doors are not functioning. My character simply clips through to sit in/get out of unit.
  4. The blue strobes in the reverse lights of the 13 FPIU are only are working on the left side. No blue light is emitting from the right reverse light. (I am using Gravel's ELS setup)
  5. Agreed. And the current ones released work fine. Please stop!
  6. You don't need oiv packages to install this, it is truly so simple to do. The basics of modding!
  7. Hello all, I have been modding/using LSPDFR for nearly a year now. When the latest patch came out to GTA I updated promptly and awaited for the newest Ragehook to come out. I have had no success with .49, as the game will not even boot up. In addition, I have lost control over editing my GTA folder? I have no clue as to why this problem would occur. I have went to the security properties of the folder and ensured that I, the admin, was given access, however, this did not fix my problem and am still currently locked out of being able to edit it. Anyone else know whats going on here? I understand that I can edit within OpenIV.
  8. My Charger is single-handedly the best car I have ever purchased :) camrose has some cool looking liveries
  9. I see these all the time! Live in Saratoga its cool to see other players from the area!
  10. Of course. I read yours and agree those would also be an awesome addition! Im sure that at least one or two have in one shape or form been made, but not to my knowledge. Im hoping to catch the eye of someone who is in need of ideas!
  11. Just kinda looking for some new callouts to spice up my game play.. A few of these came to mind.. Trespassing on train tracks/railroad property -Individual(s) are reported loitering on or around tracks, called in by railroad company you are given a certain length of track to check and apprehend suspects. Reported calls of animal abuse -Arrive to a home's backyard and see if the owner is acting violent to its faithful companion, or if they are simply playing around. Out-of-hand Protest/Riot -Large number of volatile peds surrounding a building have sprawled out into the streets. Officer is called to assist in arresting those who are resisting arrest and staying in the road. Can simply move with pedgrab if ped is friendly, or arrest if it becomes difficult. Possible abduction -Go after target vehicle (white van?) and perform a traffic stop. Identify/question all peds in vehicle and if one of the peds matches the description arrest the driver Suspected vendor with no permit -Place peds trying to sell a variety of weird off-brand items on Vespucci, Del Perro, or on Vinewood Boulevard. Approach the peds and question them, ultimately trying to obtain a permit from them. Failure to provide can result in the officer choosing to write a citation or arrest the ped. These are just a few ideas that have come to my mind while playing LSPDFR. If I knew how to code I would love to create these callouts, I bet it would be a lot of fun! Alas, I don't have the time or know-how so I am simply throwing these ideas out in hopes at least one catches someone's eye. If you are consider using one of these in your mod please let me know so I can watch and learn the process as well as test!
  12. What changes were made from the previous upload?
  13. I feel as if he is never going to release it, but he and others have said that it will be sometime in the future, whenever that means. I thought at first this was the whelen model as well but my hopes were crushed :( Still a great model though
  14. Thank you for the heads up, I mentioned his name in the credits when I first posted this, but I will make sure I find the link to the original vehicle next time!

Hello officers, this is my first ever upload onto LSPDFR! After downloaded Captain's Tahoe I instantly fell in love with it, however even as he said, the skin provided is quickly done and very rough, so I decided to take the template and create a version for the LSSD based of the modern LASD skin. Hope you guys enjoy, your encouragement would help me to produce more skins in the future! Warm regards, Manios Link to vehicle:
  15. How do I remove the amber lights in the back of the lightbar like in the video? Using the Tahoe. EDIT: Figured it out via components menu, my bad :P
  16. You can install it in any slot, any patchday. Yes, your light bar may be black but to fix that all you have to do is open Simple Trainer and go into vehicle mods, and switch the window tint to stock. Voila!
  17. By updating the dll I will still be able to use all your other plugins correct?
  18. I have been using LSPDFR+ for quite awhile now, however recently I have been getting a pop-up every so often that says something along the lines of "LSPDFR+: statistics error". I frankly don't really care much for the stats part to begin with, but its getting slightly annoying having this message come up every 30 seconds or so. I have not installed any new plugins, just new cars so I'm curious as to what happened, my computer shut off mid game today due to power loss so im wondering if that is part of it? Any help is greatly appreciated. EDIT: I ended up going into the LSPDFR+ folder and deleting statistics.xml, fixed the issue though still curious as to the root cause.
  19. Ah yes, I have this livery installed for my Impala. I am not very savvy when it comes to photoshopping, could you send the .png to me possibly? Much appreciated!
