For example, "Backup required in Grand Senora Desert", it will now be, "Backup required on Joshua Road" (Depending on what road you are on, of course). There are 250+ audio files that cover 99% of all roads in GTA V.
Credit to Rockstar Games as these audio files were ripped from GTA V using OPEN IV.

Check the Emergency Strobes Configuration.ini file to change various settings and controls.
The patterns can be changed in the Emergency Strobes Patterns.xml file.

Why Abandon it?!
Since I have graduated from college and have moved onto starting my career I am choosing to put modding behind me. It was a blast and I learned a lot from it (And this project actually helped me land a job!) but with little free time anymore I'd rather spend it playing games than developing mods for those games. Thanks to all of you who downloaded this mod, seeing so many people enjoy it and being able to develop something that many have referred to as being a critical part of their play session is truly awesome.

This plugin allows you to define several different loadouts that you can quickly and easily use while on duty. I made this with the goal of eliminating the long process of giving appropriate weapons after going on duty. This has an easy to use menu that you can use to swap between Loadouts and set which one is active, as well as a quick keybind to refresh your loadout!
Note For Update v1.5: This plugin now requires RageNativeUI! You likely already have it, but if not you can find it here! (Easy Loadout was developed and tested on version 1.6.3 of RageNatuveUI)

Note: As of 1.10.1 I've removed a lot of comments in my config files as I found them to just add to the confusion. They bring another level of immersion, having Youtubers in mind to display some unique content for their viewers.
First Scenario: DUI Checkpoint in Strawberry.
Note: You need to use Callout Manager to activate these calls. You will not get them randomly while on patrol. You may receive an error (red subtitles) when trying to activate a call. This means you are within the spawn radius of the call and you need to drive away and activate again.
Make sure to put OJScenarios.dll and OJScenarios.ini into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder.
Take a look at the INI at least once to make sure you are satisfied with the settings.

HarwoKing reacted to dilapidated for a file, Ambient FXAmbient FX is a mod that seeks to enhance the effects used across the game in a very natural way. This first version has enhanced fire/smoke/smog effects for vehicles. These effects (both looped and non looped particle effects) will apply to ALL vehicles, not just the players. Smoke trails can now be seen blocks away, fire and embers effects have been enhanced, and a neat smog effect that grows depending on the amount of vehicles on fire as well being contained to that given area. I will be open to ideas and reasonable suggestions so please feel free to leave a comment. Keep in mind that most of my time is dedicated to RDE and so this is just a side project I cooked up.

HarwoKing reacted to HankVoight for a file, LSPD Pack (ELS)Alrighty boys and girls here it is, HankVoight's first ever pack for GTA V!
Every model included has had about 50 attempts before these ones to get everything right but of course I have probably missed something so let me know in the comments below.
So far there are 8 vehicles in total with 3 patrol, 3 detective/unmarked, 1 transport unit and a K9 Tahoe available. If there is further demand I may add more vehicles to it however I'd like to move onto a sheriff or Highway Patrol style pack to tie in with this. Updates will be added over time however I do believe none should be needed just yet as I'm quite comfortable with how the models came out.
For those of you messaging me for instructions to install these files. Models go into your latest patchday and meta.file goes into mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>levels>gta5
You really should know how to install things by now.
Huge shout out to @RobertTM and @Mr.Kindness for all of their help provided to get me where I am now, it was a long road but now I know what I'm doing I can only get better!

HarwoKing reacted to nixxx621 for a file, Keep It Together! "KIT"This is a simple handling.meta modification that reduces the amount of damage police vehicles take. I got tired of my vehicle always looking like a heap-of-crap after my first pursuit. The NPC cops also love to smash through everything so this helps them "keep it together" too. Vehicles will still take standard weapons damage, show paint damage and deform but will remain intact (no more missing bumpers or doors). This mod applies to all "default" LSPDFR police vehicles. Any add-ons or RDE vehicles are not part of "KIT" unless they use a "default" handling line. I may add more lines later. Enjoy!

Self-Drive is a Plugin that lets you give full control of your vehicle to AI, but in the other hand gives you the power to select your speed and set waypoints to give it a destination. A route feature is on the works, but no ETA.
Installation Guide:
Extract the Downloaded File to Any Directory Open the folder "SelfDrivev10" Open the folder "Grand Theft Auto V" Copy all the contents of this Folder to your GTA V root directory Enjoy :D

How to Use It:
Press U to engage/disengage Self-Driving Mode Set waypoints to direct the AI into somewhere specific (Optional) Use Numpad1 and Numpad3 to Decrease and Increase your speed, respectively

Installation:
1. Copy the "LoadingScreens" folder into your GTA 5 game folder.
e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V
2.
a) Download RagePluginHook from http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx and install by copying the files indicated by the readme.txt file to the game folder.
b) Launch ragehook by running RAGEPluginHook.exe.
c) Then, just under the logo that appears, click the silver cog for settings.
d) Go to the "settings" tab. Make sure the "Disable Custom Loading Screen" option is NOT TICKED.
e) Still in the settings tab, make sure the and the "Enable Custom Background for Loading Screen" option is TICKED.

I put these together quickly because I didn't like the default loading screens, and I couldn't find any simple screenshots of the GTA 5 world in high quality anywhere as loading screens. I made these as a simple substitute for the default loading screens myself, but I decided to upload them as they aren't many online. I should update these with better screenshots soon.

- Disable HUD and Radar
- Make player invisible
Simple Trainer for GTA V was used.
For the graphics, I used:

NOTE: If OpenIV gives a blue error message window after or during the installation of L.A Roads or the L.A. Roads patch, the mods folder has become corrupted. You have no option but to delete your mods folder and re-install. Try not to use your computer while the roads are installing. It should work most of the time. But keep a pair of fingers crossed :)

Finally press "Save and launch" to safe your changes.
Hint:
If you dont like some of the pictures, you can deleting (/or adding new ones) by going into
the folder "LoadingScreens" and deleting (/adding) the one you dont like (/like).

Today I'm releasing a new plugin/application. This is the San Andreas Record Data Access System - SARDAS for short. It's a Windows application you can run on a computer in real-life that will allow full access to ped/vehicle records, IN GAME!
This is a combination of a RagePluginHook/LSPDFR plugin, to access the ingame data, and a Windows application to run on any other computer that accesses the API provided by the plugin. You will be able to access any ped/vehicle records from any computer connected to the same network!
The SARDAS-unified zip contains the plugin, client app, and API documentation. There is also a seperate zip download for each individual part.
Please make sure to read the README - this plugin is somewhat more complicated than most, due to its nature (Networking is tough!). Please read the README!!!

Since GTA III, the Landstalker has been an iconic SUV in the sight of long-time players. In tribute to this wonderful vehicle, I present the unmarked Landstalker PI. The LS-PI features a unique, game-changing lighting package. The LS-PI is totally un-marked, meaning that there are no obvious apparatus on the vehicle to identify it as a police vehicle to other drivers. This vehicle replaces FBI2 (Granger)

The fire.yft use the firetruck textures. I used the phantom handling line. Hoping someone more talented and creative will pick this up. This model will have issues. I made all this by splicing things together. Take what ever parts you wish from it.

HarwoKing reacted to MrGame4ndWatch for a file, NoReticle ~ Works with sniper rifles ~ ToggleableHides the reticle and reticle kill marker completely and is toggleable ingame. Unlike all the other no reticle mods out there, this one to my knowledge is actually working and WORKS WITH SNIPER RIFLES, you can have no reticle whilst still having the sniper scope! With this mod, you can toggle the reticle ingame with gta 5 settings! Installation instructions provided in the readme, everything should be simple and straightforward. Thanks for downloading my first mod!
This mod does not support DLC weapons or weapons added by mods.

I won't be updating this mod any time soon, probably never as there's no need to so I don't mind if people edit my method to suit them as long as it's not a blatant copy of the original structure mod (noreticle) I provide the structure, you build off it. Anyways, glad that you found a use for it in your own gameplay and took it upon yourself to help others in the process! "
