  1. This is the GTX 750 Ti that I run: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133530 It's factory overclocked, and it's been great, quiet, and doesn't take up too much space. I also recommend a better PSU though, like the others have said.
  2. California, land of the black-and-whites, although I never knew that was in the regulations (most likely Title XIII?). There are a few agencies in California which don't have a black-and-white scheme (like Irvine), what is their exception? And yes, Title XIII states you have to have a steady-burn front-facing red light at the minimum, but there are more to Title XIII too, such as how fast a light can flash (60 or 120 flashes per second), how bright a light has to be, how high or how low a light can be, even down to the siren tones that are allowed (wail and yelp only). As far as cars that look similar to the NYPD, one has to look no further than Red Bank, NJ.
  3. Here is what it looks like on a Caprice PPV (slicktop, model by EVI) On a CVPI with "HIGHWAY PATROL" lettering instead of "POLICE" (DSF CVPI, model by Cj24) Ford Police Interceptor is next.
  4. Cool siren pack! The PA300 is one of my favorite FedSig sirens, that and the 80K and the Touchmaster Delta. I didn't know FedSig sirens had Powercall tones, though, it's the first I've heard =)
  5. Very cool video =) I like how you were aiming for accuracy, always a good thing. It does look like you left the fonts at default though... Halton Police cars looks to me like they use Helvetica as their font.
  6. Hopefully with the release of the Liberty II, maybe it will drive down the prices of the original Liberty, so that I can finally afford one lol

  8. I call it "advanced steady-burn" =) I think it's the reason why California mandates steady burn because it's the most visible from a distance.
  9. I believe halogen rotators are only on Vectors.

Delaware River Port Authority Police Texture Pack for the Ford CVPI, with Liberty City Port Authority Variants For both DSF/Cj24 and Bxbugs123/Schaefft CVPIs This is a skin pack that is based on the Delaware River Port Authority Police design. The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) is an agency formed in partnership between Pennsylvania and New Jersey to oversee maintenance, development, and security of all bridges and ports along the Delaware River. A fictional Liberty City Port Authority (LCPA, an actual agency in the GTA HD universe) variant of the same design is included for all unit numbers. Since there's four unit numbers per agency per template, that's 16 skins total. This was my first attempt at re-creating a real-life design =) Unit numbers in the pack: DRPA/LCPA Police unit numbers for DSF-CVPI included: W09, W12, W17, and W19 DRPA/LCPA Police units for non-DSF CVPI included: R25, R35, R37, and R41 Total of 16 skins. The skins with "DSF" in the filename are for DSF CVPIs. Here is a short video of both of these designs in-action =) (The last CVPI that I run to and drive is the DSF one) You can grab the models I used here: Portland Police Bureau CVPI: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1915 Harbor County Sheriff DSF CVPI: https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/5830-harbor-county-sheriffs-office-crown-victoria/ The models I used are not representative of the actual DRPA Police setup. They have a very simple setup, just a Whelen Liberty. In the screenshots below, the last one is of the DSF CVPI. Enjoy! And please let me know what you think =)
  10. I haven't made any additional progress =((( I'm sorry. Been busy with a few other skins (not to mention stuff outside of LCPDFR, as in, real-life lol), but I haven't forgotten about this pack! =)
