  1. 1. I presume you're 16 because of you mention GCSEs. Barclays, NatWest, Llyods, and others all offer young person accounts. 2. The payment service will handle the conversion. $3 USD is roughly £2.42
  2. The UK does have a few national forces. It wouldn't make sense to combine the local ones however.
  3. Sorry for not getting back to you, I usually receive notifications but for some reason I'm not. $985 is a fair amount. Here's something I quickly threw together: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VcfMD8 $676.36 not including a case, peripherals, or an operating system. It'd be fine for GTA V and Battlefield - should be able to run most new releases comfortably. The only thing I'm not keen on is the I5-6500 but it was the first thing that came to mind.

  11. It's worth mentioning that you'll probably have to downgrade your version of GTA IV,
  12. Try this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/unarmed-cops-mod I haven't used it in a while so I'm unsure if it's still updated.
  13. Vehicles that use the 'Emergency Lighting System' plugin. I've checked and it seems the Mountlake cars are ELS so download the plugin, place the .XML files in ELS/pack_default, and then your sirens should work when using the ELS keybinds (provided in the ELS documentation).
  14. Are they ELS vehicles? If so you'll need to install this plugin & the VCF files provided with these vehicle(s).

  16. You should be able to run GTA V with everything turned to 'Very High'. Enjoy.
  17. The GPU/CPU in the video is overclocked but you should be good to play GTA V/LSPDFR.
  18. I wouldn't hold your breath. They have an agenda to push and are going to have little interest in hearing from people in the community.
  19. There wasn't one last year so it's impossible to say really.
  20. I presume because there's a lack of Asian modellers in the GTA police community*, and/or there isn't much demand for Asian vehicles. *You'll usually find modellers usually create vehicles related to their area/country. UK vehicles are often created by British users, US vehicles created by Americans, etc. Best bet would be to A) Learn Zmodeler B) Pay someone to do it for you C) Find GTA vehicle mods similar to ones found in Asian countries & create a custom texture.

  22. You probably need to downgrade your version of GTA IV
