Or, like many cities in Saint Louis County, instead of privatization, have County PD take over for cities that PD isnt effective enough, or cant afford the costs, etc. EDIT: Here is a recent example. http://www.kmov.com/news/local/Jennings-police-department-dissolves-117864314.html

I agree with this, but I feel the STL County PD's patrol rifle policy is sufficient enough. Officers are not issued rifles, but if they feel the need to/want to, theyre allowed to bring their own rifles to work. Being in one of the safer counties in the country, It doesn't really matter as Officers are rarely fired upon, at least in the county, But anyways, back on topic. I have no serious problem with privatization as long as the services provided are the same, or better than it was before. And also that the cost of the private company is equal to or lower than the current PD's costs to the average Joe. Just my opinion on that topic.

This is my second attempt at releasing a skin here. This is a Saint Louis County PD CVPI Skin (becoming rarer and rarer daily). Installation Download this mod Open Spark IV Browse to your police car file youd like to replace Select the Texture Override the texture. Save and Rebuild.

I was browsing around, found this and decided to give a quick shot at one. This is the first skin I've attempted to release here, any tips/advise will be taken. Installation Download/Open Spark IV and install a CVPI of your choice. Browse to the final you overwrote with the installation of the CVPI and select the texture file. Edit the texture file, and import the PCSD.png over Police Sign 1, 2, 3, and 4, then save the file. Then Save and rebuild the directory and start GTA IV, and youre now a PCSD Deputy.
