I was browsing around, found this and decided to give a quick shot at one. This is the first skin I've attempted to release here, any tips/advise will be taken.

Installation

  1. Download/Open Spark IV and install a CVPI of your choice.
  2. Browse to the final you overwrote with the installation of the CVPI and select the texture file.
  3. Edit the texture file, and import the PCSD.png over Police Sign 1, 2, 3, and 4, then save the file.
  4. Then Save and rebuild the directory and start GTA IV, and youre now a PCSD Deputy.
