I just did a new install of lspdfr last night due to a clean install of windows and cannot successfully launch lspdfr now. I have excluded the folders with the mods and the the game files. I do not have a rage log file at the moment as the game did not create one. so I included screenshots. Any help would be appreciated. I am only using Windows Defender.

I had an issue earlier tonight where I use Darkmyre mods with with Coastal Callouts, Better EMS, and I could not get the medic to spawn near me in the ocean on a boat, by the way I was wasted by a finishing rod and in one of Darkmyre Mods you can be revived but the medic has to spawn near you. Custom Backup would come in handy in a situation like that. I tried Ultimate Backup, STP and Bejoljo other mods but kept crashing in LSPDFR. Once I removed those mods I could play again.- 783 comments

No this is seprate but it can replace open iv, I am trying to find out how to add both eup dlc to this. @LMS please correct me if I gave out incorrect information. If you download coastal callouts through LML all vehicles will be added that's needed for the plugin.- 325 comments

I am only using windows defender to cut down on possible conflicts but it still seems ragehook won't hook process in to gta v. Without scripthook installed it loads correctly but with scripthook i get the permissions error. I have made exception to the gta folder and the folders containing the files for me to mod my game. I have included a screenshot.

In a future update can you do a few mission where you extradite a prisoner from lsia, sandy shores or the airfield near grapeseed? Just an idea. -
You seem to have problem with a vehicle check any add on vehicles or custom vehicle files. One created a fatal error in your load and shut lspdfr down. Also check that all metas are installed correctly.

I hope some callouts can be done with the new updated maps, many mods have been able to get dlc items to work in single player.
