the model is nice but the windows are so dark that the front and back and side lights dont show only after you break the windows they show

Can someone help me install this skin b/c ive watched so many videos on how to do it but still the vehicle skin doesn't change its still the same ones even tho i dragged the skin i downloaded here into the ytd files and click ok when it asks me about the miniblip or something like that and automatically do something click ok but when i go into game it doesnt change. can someone please help me install thisskin thank you i would very much appreciate it
