  1. Take your mods folder out of your GTA directory. Now go in game. Once you're loaded in, exit the game and re-add your mods folder.
  2. They were released because an attack wasn't actually carried out. If it had happened, and they were still alive, they'd either be sentenced to death or life in prison. Like it or not, you can't imprison someone for life simply for planning an attack. (Of course, that always could change situation pending) On top of this, and most importantly, they were released because they are still human beings. Not sure why you have this mind set of "terrorists aren't people". They are still living, breathing human beings who have rights. We don't live in the stone age of public hangings and cutting off the hands of thieves. We're civilized.
  3. Open your trainer and go to the vehicle modifications menu. Find the window tint option. Now select another tint, then go back to "none".
  4. The reason the lights are so terrible is because the values are low. In the visualsettings, look for "car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on". There is a day and night option. Change the values to this. car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 6000.00 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1500.00 Save, and drag and drop the edited visualsettings back in. You should be good.
  5. Make sure PostFX, shader quality, and shadows are all on high or above. If they are, please attach your visualsettings.dat.
  6. In OpenIV, go to mods / update / update / common / data. Dlclist should be here. Extract it to your desktop and open it. Is Albo's dlcpack listed?
  7. That sounds like it might be related to a trainer or some car mod. Check your trainers, make sure "keybindings" is not enabled.
  8. As long as the word is close enough to what the CAPTCHA is, it'll still work. If you completely typo the word it will not let you.

I regularly try and update the list to add random, funny, and illegal or dangerous things, mainly items that are more accurate to our current times. Thanks for adding onto my list and keeping things modern. :) (Nice shoutouts to Jeff, Rich, and the others)
  11. Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch. You can change back to full screen once in game.

Make sure you have Visual C++. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
  13. Make sure you're changing MP_M_FREEMODE_01 , set funcholster to true, save, and it'll be good. Don't add a new line to the INI, mp_m_freemode_01 is there already.
  14. I changed it and it works flawlessly for me. Be 100% sure you did it right.

Do me a favor, please. Try using a different police vehicle, such as POLICE2 or POLICE3 when trying to use it. Does the game freeze, or act like it's trying to open?
