@TopCop72 Can you please verify the .ytd and +hi.ytd you included actually have the correct skin? I added your files and my texture remains the same.

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch. You can change back to full screen once in game.

Question, are you installing it as a new dlcpack, or just replacing over a model?

Try pressing J three times or once, or until all the lights are on.

This is in your mods folder, correct? If so, in OpenIV, go to update/x64/dlcpacks. Now, go into patchday15 and click "edit mode", you should see an option to copy that to the mods folder.

Go to patchday15. Disregard what the readmes say, use the very newest patchday, which will always be the highest number.

Where exactly did you install the replacement files?

They should all be named patchday and then a number. Patchday15 is what you want.

The newest is the highest number, so 15.

If you're replacing vehicles, it doesn't matter where the location is. Just use the very newest patchday that has a vehicles.rpf.
