Have you tried replacing the police slot with this Charger and verifying if it works or not? If it works when using the vehicle in another slot, chances are there is still a vanilla police2 taking precedence over the modded file.

Try replacing the police4 meta line with the police meta line.

That implies there's an issue with the vehicles.meta and carvariations. Are you 100% positive you changed the window tint and it actually stayed changed?

When you open the model in the OpenIV viewer by clicking on blank.yft (blank is whatever the vehicle name is), how does the light bar look? Take a screenshot of that, please.

Can you take a screenshot or video of the light bar with the lights on, please?

It could be dirt blacking out the light bar. Try cleaning the vehicle.

You not using a mods folder could very well be the ultimate problem here. Try verifying integrity of game cache to get back all your original files. Once it's done, please see if this is still happening.

Rename your mods folder to _mods Now try.

Try reverting back to the original. Assuming you used a mods folder, you can grab the vanilla gameconfig.

Ohh, my apologies. You worded your post in a way that sounded like you were advising he change the slot itself.

Unfortunately, I think you misunderstood what he was wanting and are advising he do something that really is kind of a bad idea. (changing the POLICE slot to POLICE2, etc). He shouldn't need to change the model name in the vehicles.meta or carvariations for the vanilla slots. The only thing he'd need to change is the handlingID and audionamehash.

While fake news is a problem, you have to laugh sometimes. The world is currently filed non-stop tragedy, humor is one way to help cope with it.

THAT LOOKS AMAZING!!!! JJDawkins has an OPP based SAP pack, wonder if he'll be adding this. I would kill for that car, primarily for Robocop. Been forever since I've seen it.

Your trainer has the option to make standalone cars part of the spawn vehicle list, however, those cars need to be installed into the game first. Check out my tutorial for adding in standalone cars -
