Yes, LSPDFR works on both. Though, my advice is getting the Steam version. Much more convenient, imo.

Blaine County consists of the entire northern part of the map. Technically, Los Santos County, specifically Sandy Shores, is still part of Blaine County, Take a look at this map.

Then there's something else you've changed that is causing it. The fact that you figured out it's something in the mods folder is helpful, but not to me. Only you know what you've done with your game.

It's up to the people who usually cause the problems to fix it, which will likely never happen. For the slot issue, you can utilize standalone cars. I've created a guide to help walk you through the process - We do still tell users to use the search in some cases, but for the most part, we've accepted that no one uses the search anyway. lol

Try reverting the vehicles.meta as well, please.
