Yes, go ahead and rename your mods folder back to just mods This means there's a problem in your mods folder. What the problem may be, I couldn't say. Since this is only happening to certain slots, try and think back to any changes you made to those slots.

I do want to point out, I understand it's frustrating not having certain mods, but all of this is provided for free and being made by volunteers. Please have patience and respect all the authors of said mods. ScriptHookV is indeed vital for some mods, but it does not hinder your ability to use LSPDFR and Rage. Per the money portion of it, no you cannot. I think because you're using a custom character and the game doesn't recognize it. Even if you give yourself millions, you still can't purchase anything from the stores. At that point, roleplaying it works best.

Your game is up to date, right? If so, then for right now, it doesn't matter since SHV isn't released. Once it's released and you install it, if you're still having problems, post back. :) It's just hard to help right now if you're up to date.

Oh, my apologies. Misread. When nothing spawns, it usually means there's a problem with the vehicle. Rename your mods folder to _mods Now try spawning them.

That might not mean anything, but yes The fact that the vanilla cars are still spawning says something is overriding patchday18.

Nope, patchday18 should work just fine. Is that where all of the replacement files are? If not, move them there.

The RPH website is down for maintenance. The last update posted on their Discord said it should be available today (Sunday). It is against Rage's TOS for RPH to be released anywhere else aside from their website, so no one can upload it for you. You'll just need to be patient.
