No, and this is against Rockstar's TOS and our guidelines. Aside from this, I NEVER recommend taking the easy route when modding. A huge part of the entire process is learning how to do it, and making mistakes. Lets say you use someone else's mod folder, and you start crashing. How can we help you when you have no clue what you installed? To top all this off, anyone can easily include malicious files inside the mods folder. This isn't the answer you wanted, but no. We don't condone this, and highly recommend you take the time to learn how to do it yourself. If you require help with something, please make a new topic and we will gladly help you. I just want to add, if your budget is $700, you're not going to be getting anything even decent for gaming. Honestly, you might even end up having to run GTA at all low settings. If you want better or the best performance for gaming, you have to chip over the cash, which would be over 1k. Anything in the 1k range should be good, anything more expensive such as the 2k shit is mainly just a "I want the absolute best computer ever!" My current computer was a little over 1k, and is a real champ with all games. (Granted, fully modded GTA still takes me down to 30fps on duty)

Try launching Rage again. This time, when the Rage logo shows up, click the gear icon in the lower left. Go into Rage's settings and check "forced windowed mode" Now save and launch. What are the results? Does your console and Computer+ work?

The same way you did the first time. 🙂 Go into the vanilla update folder, navigate to the latest patchday, click "edit mode" and you should see the red box telling you to make this section in the mods folder.

ELS enabled cars come with a VCF, which is an XML file. Did you install this file to the pack_default folder? (main directory-->ELS)

Deleting the vehicles.rpf and remaking it should 100% fix the issue, and I've had to do it as well.
