Chcago cops are picking people up off the street for "terrorism" and holding them illegally in warehouses where they keep their military vehicles. Thats ACTUALLY happening. If that doesn't reflect poorly on the current state of law enforcement, I don't know what does.

I've grown a little tired of the countless ped models with almost no gear on the duty belt. Is there any way I would be able to add some more gear to this ped model (with adequate permission of course)? Depends. If shes flying as knife or a gun around, I doubt anyone would critique you for trying to land a punch. But men are genetically stronger than women so if shes assaulting you (whether it be hitting, kicking, slapping, etc), its not exactly cool to knock her out cold. Its not the punch itself that's the egregious part, its the violent overreaction.

Eric Garner had actually just broken up a fight, and was not selling untaxed cigarettes at the time, not that that part is even relevant to the case. But instead of protecting and serving the people of New York by going after the people who were fighting, they went after the large black man that they knew was selling loose cigarettes before. A chokehold is when you press your wrist against a subject's neck, cutting off airflow and therefore KILLING them. A sleeper hold is when you place their neck in your inner armpit, cutting off bloodflow therefore rendering them unconscious. That is precisely why chokeholds are banned, because they kill people. Watch the video, the entire thing. You can SEE the officer's wrist on Garner's neck. You can HEAR him saying "I cant breathe". You're watching an innocent man with a family die before your eyes. Tell me again why the cop shouldn't be arrested and charged.

I find this incredibly amusing. During every presidency, there's a fringe group of people that hate on the president in immature, pointless, and often insane ways. Now I don't have that much love for President Obama, I'm a liberal at heart. President Obama hasn't done nearly enough when it comes to financial reform, stopping the out of control military industrial complex, protecting the 4th Amendment, and getting money out of politics. And I will always be the FIRST one to criticize him when he has done something legitimately wrong. But if you actually think Obama is a Muslim, you're an unbelievable idiot. You're not part of the rational world, and there's nothing I can do to pull you back in. But its funny to watch all of the misguided and mislead conservative fringe-members pander around the internet, trying to find some reason to justify the hate they feel. Its not intelligent, its not productive, and history will remember the fringe not as a watchdog of the government, but simply the fringe. I'm sure I'll be called "another northern liberal on his high horse", but I would absolutely love to speak and rationally debate with a real conservative. So can we all just calm down and if this thread is to continue, can we act like rational human beings? Thank you.

My suggestion is to really focus on how the lights look. There's a bunch of LAPD/LASD cars on the site, but I have yet to find on that looks good in the daytime. Best of luck!

Honestly couldn't tell you. The different settings contain only two files, an ini file and a commandline.txt. Start at high end, and if its too laggy just use the next lowest setting.

I'd recommend CryENB V1 or maybe V2. Best way to find out is make a bunch of backups and install a bunch of different ENBs, see what works best for you!
