I'll come and say this: it's an interesting concept, sure, but it will need some work to be truly good. And besides, it'll be very niche, not to upset you or anything. -
I'm not finished with IV yet! Although I will say that due to the fact that I have a working and moddable GTA V, I am beginning to wind down IV modding. I'm not totally going to stop, it's just going to get less importance. There's also a few mods that I need to put out before I'm truly done with IV, so stay tuned. This is ThatOneHick's Willard Marbelle (ELS/Non-ELS), modified to give the appearance of an early-and-late 1980s NLSP car, with both old and new livery variants. Using resources from the NLSP Stanier (thanks, Abraxas!), my own mods, and many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations, and my skills, for example, the door handles on the newer liveries are not cut away, as they would have been a pain to do, so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me. The original model is located here (ELS), or here (non-ELS)(much credit goes to ThatOneHick for a perfect US-Granada-based police car, he's coming back!) A brazen luxury car thief, one of many being hunted down in an exotic theft ring, has been caught red-handed by the LSPD's special task force, and while also damaging the recently-imported British classic in the process, he lead the pursuit to Vespucci Beach. The car was later shoved into a median somewhere further away from the beach, and the thief apprehended.© Hullian111

A broken game? -
Please don't use Calibri. It's a stock, overused and ugly font that modders tend to avoid. Also, if you are making this a DoJ pack, at least try to make some form of crest. -
Oh, you're back again. Let's run through the usual: Thumbnail is misleading. Textures aren't great - see review. The videos are completely unnecessary. The CVPI isn't coming back. Just...accept it now.- 3 comments

WELL NO! In terms of dark humour's offensiveness, if you pull it off like The Onion did on 9/11, and after every shooting - nuanced and respectful, yet still reasonably humourus to a lower extent, then it's okay by me. OP, you might want to change the title, it is slightly clickbait.

This mod will utilise u/m101m102m103's bus map. Haven't noticed? I'm making lore-friendly bus signs, because...why not? It adds more realism into the game, and it gives the buses a sense of purpose...even though you can't change these on the fly. Now, as you can see, the bottom of this has been cut off. With 69 of these, most of which need correcting, this is going to be an absolute pain to work with. Any help on this matter would be appreciated. This will be a 5-Mods exclusive, as this isn't really that appropiate here, but it deserves showing off outside of a Discord server.© Hullian111

T'was I, actually! Can't remember why, but I think it was something to do with the broken face. -
Query - what's with the number plates? Some are Washington State, and some are CA Exempts. It's a little inconsistent, and I'm just a little curious. -
In regards to actual criticism, the mod looks good and is authentic enough, but it just might need a little work: There should be a cut-off at the battenburg-rear reflective corner. It looks a little strange that way. A few more cut lines should be put in, following the lines of the vehicle itself, and cutting off realistically. Other than that, I think that's a good job. Probably won't use it right now, but it might find some use in an LCPDFR video some time. EDIT: Is this your own model, or do you have permissions from someone else?- 4 comments

Here's some pointers: Turn the volume down a bit. It sounds way too loud. Find a good source where the wail isn't cut off. Maybe just make the hi-lo a little longer? Good concept, yes - there aren't many Russian sirens out there, for obvious reasons - it just needs a little bit of work before I think it's good. -

There are many glaring issues with this, but I'm only going to point out one to not sound too harsh: What on earth happened to the lightbar?! -
If in doubt, download a save with the story completed. For me, I couldn't get past 'Repossession' - it kept getting stuck.
