You will need to download the original model from here :

Install the car as instructed by the creator then replace the .ytd file downloaded from here in the patchday where you installed the vehicle. 

I personally had no technical issues using this mod however if you experience any problems let me know.MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP YOUR FILES!!!

There are many glaring issues with this, but I'm only going to point out one to not sound too harsh:

 

What on earth happened to the lightbar?!
